This rather skeevy business does not retain much professionalism. My payment didn't get taken out of my account for a few weeks since their "system was down", adding un-needed stress. I had to call back multiple times and certain times there was blaring music and gossip chatter in the background.

If you pay with a card, they don't explain that there will be a 3% fee on it before hand. They tell you after they've already charged your card. Be aware.
