This store is a joke. Most everything they sell is extremely low end. Poor selection of new firearms. Don’t come here expecting friendly service either. They are very cold and pretentious. Which is surprising for a low end shop. By far the worst in the valley.

This shop gets a lot of hate for reasons I didn't experience, so here's what I saw:A humongously wide selection of magazines, AK parts, and many other trinkets and paraphernalia that other stores don't have. They even had magazines for my Desert Eagle which I'd never seen in another store. They had tons of laser bore sighters (the pink rhino things) and generally a HUGE selection of gear. They have tons of accessories regarding weapon lighting, lasers, optics, holsters, stuff like that, and many of these are cheap knockoffs- even airsoft brands. Had I not known what I was doing in there I might've bought a niche Chinesium light that nobody makes a holster for, for example. I didn't see many name brands and where I did, they carried a high pricetag. So, most of this ocean of accessories was pretty cheap, unheard-of stuff, including the plate carriers and clothing they carry as well. Regardless though, I was impressed by the amount of replacement parts they carry for AKs and other guns, so if my AK breaks or if I lose some stupid tiny spring, I'll know where to go.The owners/staff that I saw didn't appear too suspicious of me at all. They have a MASSIVE store in downtown Nampa, so I couldn't blame them for being cautious, but I spent probably an hour or two combing through every aisle in their store, as I do, without buying much. The female owner was available for me to ask questions when I did have them, and there was usually to my recollection someone at least within eyeshot of me, but I didn't feel crowded. My personal space was never invaded, I was never directly rushed, pressured, interrogated, or anything like that. Maybe they figured out that I'm a more experienced gun owner so they felt safer about me, but I can't know. I can only tell my experience. The only strange/slightly annoying bit is that the checkout counter is made of glass which they don't allow anyone to place metal products on (like the ammo can I bought) for fear of scratching it, which seems strange to me. Most other stores use sturdy glass and let it get scratched or put a clear plastic mat over it to protect it.

Been in the store a bunch of times, they always have what I am looking for. Took my son in there who had a couple of questions on his build and looking for some small parts. Owner took his time to show and explain answers to his questions and of course had the part. Have always treated me nicely.

Went here for the first time and was taken back by selection. The staff were irritating followed you around like you were going to steal. Staff did not seem that knowledgeable and very brand bias. Just irritating overall probably will not be back

Everything is marked up way past value. Not sure how they are still in business. Customer service is -1/10. Besides being followed around like a convict about to steal something you'll find lots of abused imported guns.

I appreciate how friendly and knowledgeable Alpha Omega services are! Great variety of product and ammunition. Don't pay any attention to the negative reviews. I highly recommend this shop!

The people were weird. I asked the weird owner if they had any Beretta shotguns. He showed me one that was not a Beretta but had Beretta action. It was a synthetic stock I told him that's a little heavy I was looking for a walnut stock. He said the synthetic was lighter than the Walnut. I had been in another store an hour before and walnut stock with much lighter. He walked away and muttered that he'd been doing this for 50 years. These people are huge a-holes. Went over to Larry's Sporting Goods to purchase my firearm.

Saw a past review from some guy that gave them 4 or 5 stars. He indicated those that didn't rate them good were probably not from here. WRONG. Lived here since 1971 and I bet most of us that gave 1 star are from the surrounding area. I believe the higher stars are phony and from the owners or their friends. But with the negative kind of treatment most of us all seem to have received and reported, I highly doubt we are from somewhere else. This store does not have a well known name or reputation like others in the treasure valley. They are not WOKE, but couldn't care less if they go broke.

The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because I can't give it negative 10 stars. Absolutely the WORST gun store... EVER! I was followed through the store and watched like a criminal. I finally asked, "Am I doing something wrong?" The employee said, "Not yet." When I asked about a particular firearm, the owner said I didn't know what I was talking about. I even pointed out what I was talking about on the manufacturers website. He then said THEY didn't know what they were talking about. As a firearms instructor and 26 year military veteran I would rather carry a sharp stick or a rock to defend myself before I'd ever buy anything from them.

I went in there one time before and the only issue that I had was the lady preaching about it not being safe to use the NFC option for the card reader. Today I went in there and the big dude with the beard and my seven--year-olds were chatting as my seven--year-olds were talking about how he looked like Santa and he was entertaining the idea. Then I handed my 11-year-old eight boxes of .22 long rifle at $6.50 a piece and the guy with the beard immediately stated that it is a felony for him to even hold the boxes so I took the boxes back and as we were leaving and putting the boxes back on the shelf I told him that's not true and we left. I had intended on buying eight boxes at $6.50 each and another two boxes of 9 mm which I don't know how much they are as I did not get that far. I will NOT go back

Been here twice, first time was an ok visit, actually bought a firearm from them. Mentioned about how I thought it was weird they had 9mm ammo in bags. The last time I went there 2 different people followed me and a friend walk around the store as if we were gonna steal from them. Definitely will not return to them for any reason.

Old guy told me I'd go to jail when I asked about shipping a rifle, a rifle made in 1895, that qualifies as an antique, and therefore doesn't even need an FFL to ship it, I just asked and he went off on how I (and others like me) were stupid for even considering trying to ship a firearm.

Great selection and great staff. I don’t know alot about guns, I trust there input on everything. I honestly don’t know why there are bad reviews. Maybe liberals? Lol jk I just recommended this store to a friend. I was surprised to see the bad rep. I’m definitely going here every time I need a new toy.

Immensely disrespectful! I'd been warned but really needed a rifle. I entered and asked, while approaching, a very specific and direct question as to avoid ANY confusion, in regards to a rifles availability. Only requiring a simple "yes" or "no" resonance. Apparently that's where I went wrong. "White beard" began to berate me about nothing making sense at which point I turn around and walked out of the store. I cannot believe these guys are still in business.

Worst gun shop in the valley! Prices are way inflated for low quality firearms! Also their staff follows you around the store like your going to steal something! If I could give it less than half a star I would! Don’t waste your time in that junkyard!
