Very easy to make an appointment on line. Staff in Nampa Idaho office are very friendly and helpful. Wait time was maybe 10 minutes, after that, things went smoothly. No pressure to up sale on glasses. Would recommend!

I had gone to Stanton optical down the road and they were rude about not taking my insurance and told me my 1 year old son crying was unacceptable behavior so I decided to come here and see if it was worth trying. Walking in you’re greeted politely and all the ladies are very kind and helpful. They know how insurance works. My tiny baby and my toddler both started crying at the same time and I was so embarrassed but they were very understanding and tried to go as fast as possible. There’s a bigger selection of glasses at americas best than Stanton optical and they’re not sales pushy like that other place. We were in and out fast and treated with kindness the entire time.

I have double vision due to a very stressful situation I was in and have to have prisms in both lens. Haven't gotten it just right but they are so sweet n working with me until I have exactly what I need. I love the girls and the Dr. So kind and patient!!! Thank you America's Best!!!

We came in with a budget and the manager and Casey were very accommodating. The employees wanted to be there and spoke very highly of their work environment. Very good experience!

My exam and general office staff is wonderful people, but we had to send our glasses back for one person three times and 2 second person twice. The Lab that creates their lenses don’t know what they’re doing.

My scheduled appointment did run about an hour late due to technical difficulties they were having but the GM was extremely great at letting us know what was happening and apologizing for the wait. All of the women who helped me were so kind, friendly, and helpful. I saw the general manager stay very calm and cool under the stress of whatever issue was happening and she did a great job at managing so many things at once. It was a very easy process once I was seen, and I am thankful there is somewhere to be able to get my eyes checked for such a great price.

Bought glasses from here 2 years ago the glasses themselves are already peeling whatever they put on where was cheap! I never really comment or Bash unworthy the buying these cheap products from here. I spent a lot of money here for me and my son's glasses

I wasn't seen as they were 45 minutes behind and I was the third patient of the morning and once I seen the Dr go to the bathroom which is right by the waiting area. You can hear the toilet flush and he came out immidiately, So there was no time for him to wash his hands. I did not feel comfortable with his dirty hands being that close to my face so I left.

We requested 4 pairs, 2 for me and 2 for my wife, we went and the doctor checked us out quickly, it seemed like he wanted to leave, to measure the position of the retinas one of the vendors uses a marker, when I think they should have a special instrument to that, two weeks later they call me on a Saturday, that I could go pick up the glasses the next day, which was Sunday, I asked them 2 times if they worked and they said yes, I went and it was closed, I return today Monday and they only give me 3 pairs, they tell me that the other one is not ready and that they will deliver it to me in another week, the pair that was needed was mine, the other pair was not the one I ordered, it is a different model, the other two pairs belong to my wife I pay for them with a blue filter, and they came with a normal lens, one of them was used, literally the frame of the glasses was all open and scratched, and the remaining pair was not her formula, she almost fell to the floor when she put them on It's a joke to be honest, paying almost 400 dollars and having 3 pairs out of 4 pairs, one used, one incorrect, and one never ordered.

Every time my family has an appt, we wait 30 minutes PAST our appointment time. This is unacceptable. I wish America's Best respected people's time. Schedule longer appointment times or hire another ophthalmologist.Waiting 30+ for every appointment is so disrespectful.
