Happy to see this location is staying consistent with good reviews. Shae and Laura were super helpful with what i needed and provided additional information that assisted me with making the best decision for my plan. Im grateful because this is the third time ive been to this location in a 6month period and while there have been different reps each time the training seems to be on par with the customer service too! Would recommend this location to those who even just have general questions and want to speak with knowledgeable reps.

What a great team that helped my daughter and I after Christmas. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to come back to this location because of poor customer service I have experience before but because this location is so much closer to my house. They juggling multiple customers and we’re doing different things showed that even with there small team at work they will still get the job done and help fix any problem.

Sterling helped me out while i was in town. He was super helpful and professional! He helped me resolve my issue and i left the store with my problem fixed! Would definitely recommend working with him, if ever in store.

Went into the AT&T store to purchase an Apple Watch. Looking for a second generation one and was told it would cost me 299, then they had an 100 off promotion going on for the holidays. So I thought it would be 199. When bringing me the receipt the employee folded it in half, I don’t think she wanted me to see the price I was truly paying. 499 is way more than I intended to spend!!

Not very friendly but I guess nice enough. There system was down at the time and they said they would notify me when it was back up. Never got a call or text back.

The employees of this store care more about making a dollar than helping a customer. Why should i have to pay more money for a new number if im being harrassed? I shouldnt but if the salesman paycheck isn’t high enough its easier to lie to make your $$ just call customer service or avoid this store at all costs!
