The manager, Nicole, goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! She made sure we got the best phone plan without costing a ridiculous amount, helped get our phones all set up, and was so nice to our two kiddos. I’ve been in there twice since we got our phones for accessories or to ask a question and she’s been great every time. Go and see her for your phone needs!

Went for a sim card swap and was given a new Sim card that didn't work and the girl didn't help me make sure my service was fully reconnected and said it was a phone issue. So I went to go back and talk to anyone at the same location and even though the website says they're open on Sunday the building was locked up and closed without notice or sorry we're closed signage. Poor customer service and unknowable staff.

That's who you should ask to help you, she has helped me out the past few times and saved me hundreds of dollars, she will go out her way to make sure you save money and help you understand what your buying before you buy it, she has great customer services and she will take the time to make sure your all good before you leave, we need more people like her in this world

The freaking Best store ever!! I will never go to another store! Monique and Nicole are the best. They are very friendly and professional! Helped me get into my new phone and watch. They both worked well together was 100% honest with there phones and watches and made sure we knew about our plans. Helped set everything up!! I highly recommend them!!

I went in frustrated from having connectivity issues. A nice bearded gentleman helped me. Within minutes hw had my phone working again. Turns out I turned off my cellular data. Overall I left happy and educated for next time. Thank you to this bearded beauty!

Absolute worst customer service ever. Purchased a phone to pick up in the evening after work. The pregnant girl working was absolute trash at her job. She told us that she had to have the account holder present to pick up the phone even though we are authorized on the account to make changes and all other account related items. She refused to pull up the account, refused to give us the phone that we already pre paid, and was unwilling to do anything to help. I will be calling a manager tomorrow to address the issue but I'd recommend to anyone else needing service from AT&T, GO TO ANY OTHER STORE BESIDES THIS ONE!!!

Nicole and Trinity assisted my husband and I with transferring data from one phone to another. . They went over and beyond helping us. They are so knowledgeable and super friendly. Had a few laughs as well. They are certainly an asset to the AT&T compay.

This wonderful lady here name was nicole she was able to answer all the questions i had asked her as i was very confused starting my own plan. She was able to walk me through all the plans that they had to offer and what would suit me the best. I can not thank her enough for all the help she gave me while i was there. i most definitely recommend her when you go!
