I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and asked if they could help me find what I needed.
I told him a locking gas cap, he asked for the make and model, and said he had what I needed.
I was in the store less than 5 minutes, and glad l had chosen AutoZone!

Card only, they never have change for cash. In my understanding the US dollar is a currency they don’t accept. Electronic payments only.

Needed a new headlight but had no idea how I was going to replace it. Dustin S. Helped me find the part and installed without hesitation and so willing to do so. Amazing customer service! I have been to this AutoZone for over 10 years and I’m always treated ok but never like this. Thank you Dustin you deserve a 10 stars!

I was trying to find the name of the associate that helped me. This is what I got from my receipt. Needless to say, as a women coming in to return lights that I got that were wrong, there was no customer service. The casher didn't bother to speak didn't ask if I needed further assistance and to find out I was sent out without giving me the bulb grease to be able to replace the bulb I got. He didnt greet me, didnt look up, and when he asked for my receipt, which by the way was with the lights I returned. I found my email one, grabbed my phone with his nasty greasy hands without asking to take it. All around was the worse experience in a Auto Zone, I picked this location cause its close to my house. I'll go to O'Reilly's next time. I've had better luck with customer assistance there and not being treated like a women but a customer. Oh and to mention, this was my second trip in like two days. I picked up my order a few days earlier and dealt with the same guy and he was pretty much the same attitude, if I was the manager of this store I would seek people who wanted to assist customers especially those that are female, like O'Reilly's does.

Always helpful and really nice. I love AutoZone over all the other automotive parts stores in my area. Always willing to help you figure stuff out and they don't treat female's as incompetent self mechanics.

Nathaniel is the man. I wanted to change out my wife's 14 year Honda headlight bulbs. I tried myself but ran into issues. I took it to repair shop to get installed, they told me I had wrong bulbs (they weren't).Took it for a return to Nathaniel who sold me the bulbs, he recognized the car when I came back.
Long story short he went above and beyond to help me out. Nice young man, great choice for a Store Manager!
I don't do a lot of car work, so I'm not a $value customer, but Nathaniel treated me like one. Thank you sir, much appreciated!
