We went into Boost to switch back to them. Perla was such a great and wonderful help. She patiently made sure everything was working good and explained everything to us. She's a great asset to Boost Mobile :)

I got an upgraded phone through my boost account online. Took it in to get activated and the guy working told me I couldn't add insurance to the phone bc "its not a phone bought from boost" I tried telling him it was, but he clearly knew more then I do..with the receipt an all.. he then made an extra line on my account as the default. He didnt even try asking someone for help to see if he was in fact correct. So I had to call boost this morning to get the device insured (which they did) and get my primary line back to the line it was. Save yourself the headache and go to a different store if you need any help.

I have been going crazy trying to fix my phone. I came down to the Boost store on 12th Ave. Emily, fixed my phone. She is a wonderful employee. Please let her know as I did how much she is worth with this company.

I really like the people here. They actually WORK. I have tried several other companies and they have attitudes and excuses why they can't do this or that or touch your phone or why they can't help you fix the tech problem. Here they actually THINK!!! And WORK. They don't sit or just stand their with a duhhh look and re-explain your problem to you and then say, and I can't help you... They actually try to fix it. Everyone should come here if they want kind, competent help and a positive outcome.
Hope the haters and complainers don't follow. Remember patience if you are waiting because it's worth it and they are people too. Just think IF WE ALL HAD TO buy cell phones out of a vending Machine and CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HISTORY.......

Ur team working here really needs to work on customer service. Maybe actually greet ur customers instead of seeming annoyed that you have a customer.
