First time in a boot barn did not realize it would be mostly cowboy boots. I did find one pair of women’s boots, but not in my size. Your employee was very snippy and rude to me. Won’t be going back.

DO NOT PURCHASE AT BOOT BARN..
Definitely the worse place to purchase.
As you can see in this picture the boot is garbage after using it only 2 times, a $500 dollar pair of boots.
I brought it in to ask them to fix it and the front desk person was friendly, it got ugly once the manager came out with an attitude saying that it is my fault because according to him I don’t know how to take off my own boots properly and that was the reason why they were coming apart.
According to him I need to be using a special tool to take off my boot so that way they don’t come apart.
Maybe that’s true maybe it’s not.
But what I can tell you for sure is when I purchased the boots there were not any instructions of how to take them off, or no one suggested to me that that I needed to purchase something else to take them off.
What’s next? A special training on how to wear boots?
He was the manager or someone high up on the store, however still an employee with the incorrect attitude to handle situations. He raised his voice in front of my 4 year old daughter….
Definitely he wasn’t the owner because when you are the owner of a business you know how to handle warranty issues even when things are the customers “fault.”
You don’t just start using excuses and a way to blame customers throwing a fit like a kid.
Super unprofessional.
Fixing the boot to me is not the end of the world,
THANK GOD!
But for sure BOOT BARN just LOST a customer, but looking through the reviews I’m not the only person that gets this kind of service.
With that being said.
BOOT BARN YOU ARE THE BEST LANDFILL …

I purchased a $40 shirt and a $100 pair of shoes here, the shirt I purchased in person and the shoes I ordered in store due to them being out of stock, the shoes looked nothing like they did in the online ad, they looked like a cheap knock off and the shirt ripped The first day I wore it and they wouldn’t take the shirt back

Excellent service, I needed a hat shaped. They had to take it overnight due to the material not cooperating, but I picked it up the next day, and it looked amazing. I am planning on purchasing from these amazing people again in the future!

If I could 0 stars I would. This is not the first time this situation has happened. I was waiting at the checkout for 10 minutes. NO ONE. No one came and helped us check out or asked if we were ready. The girls were just talking off their ears by the clothes. One lady just stared at us while she folded clothes.

Went there and tried to use my company 100$ gift card and weren’t willing to work with me the manager was horrible and employees as well. I won’t be going back there again and this happened about 2 months ago so hopefully that manger is fired.

Worst customer service I have been involved with.. one worker in the back told us we could place this order online and get our items in 5-10 minutes.. well after she went home and we sat there for 1 hour and 45 mins the store manager finally decided to come talk to us.. she said oh I don't know why she would tell you tell you that it will be a few hours.. so we leave to go get ready for the party we were shopping for.. she said come back in about an hour.. we call customer service that told us it was up to the store to give us the items they have and get the shipment sent to them to replenish not them since they confirmed the purchase was complete... we called the store manager back and told her that and she said she can't do that... so we have spent over $600 today in boot barn and they can't and won't help us!! The items are sitting on their register waiting for pick up but they won't give them to us.. they would rather lose money and customers then make something right! I will make sure everyone that rides and wears western attire that I know of to not purchase through them... this is beyond frustrating they already have my money but won't give me my items!!

I had a bad experience with the store manager, she was rude and unprofessional... Will not purchase any boots from this store... I'll drive to Boise store any day... Boise store will make sure you walk out happy and satisfied with your purchase.

My son and I went to buy him some work boots, and the store was very limited on styles and his size boot (a size 13). Even though the store was clean and well organized, the staff hovered around us while he was trying on boots and made us feel very uneasy, almost like they thought we were doing something wrong.
