Bredabeds has had the most amazing customer service! We needed a replacement bed and no questions asked, they replaced our bed and included professional installation! This is honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced! Thank you Bredabeds!

We ordered a “custom made” Breda Murphy bed for our guest room. It took 6 weeks and was quite expensive. Upon arrival, once opening the crate it came in, we find there is damage such a scuffs and scratches. We do as requested by their customer care representative and take many detailed photos. The response we get is “ we can send you new pieces, which will take another 2 weeks or so.” We explain how that doesn’t work for us as we planned this to be here for incoming out of town family. They offer us a $100 credit. That is an absolute insult with relation to the cost of the bed. We counter and ask for at least $200 and they go silent for like 8 days. Once we contact them again, it’s “nope $100 is best we will do.”Save your money and look for better options. Bed is decent. Not worth the “custom price” they sell for. Customer service is absolutely trash. Once they make the sell, they could care less. Do a little research and you’ll see there are much better options out there for same money.I cannot and would not recommend this company

Tess with CS was awesome helping me place the order, and since this was a 3rd floor apartment installation, her recommendation for the local installation was spot on. Saul, the installer, carried the materials up, and had all the “proper” tools to install this awesome Horizontal Urban Murphy Bed in my daughter’s LA area apartment. I was there for the install and glad to now have a place for my wife and I to sleep when visit! Could I have I installed, sure, but way longer. Awesome quality and look. My designer daughter picked the right one

I've waited a year to review my Murphy bed due to the high cost of such a purchase. My 350sq ft studio apartment felt like a hotel room and a bit depressing. The Breda staff were very helpful providing measurements most people dont need but I'm disabled once confifmed i would be able to open and close it by myself. It was dlivered on time and damage free the instructions were clear and my grandson and son had it assembled in about 2 hrs. And ive enjoy the sleek look when closed and I've enjoyed the best sleep every night for over a year. I recommend Breda bed often the quality of the product is worth every penny.

I purchased a king-sized Murphy bed from this company in April 2024, paying a total of $2,700.The first issue that arose is the company did not fulfill its obligation to me based on the delivery service I purchased. I paid $300 for their top tier offering, which included room-of-choice placement, unpackaging and removal of debris, and a four-hour delivery window. The company's subcontractor did not deliver on these commitments. They arrived roughly 2 hours late, and they removed some but not all debris, leaving us with items such as 6' cardboard boxes to dispose of, lots of plastic wrap, etc. The company's customer service team blamed the subcontractor and declined even a partial reimbursement.The bigger issue is the misleading quality of the product and the dangers associated with its assembly. I hired two professional contractors to assemble this item, who insisted it was one of the most complex furniture assembly jobs they'd seen in their combined 40 years of contract work. They also expressed concerns about the flimsiness of the materials. After two days' work and one final difficult maneuver to put it all together, the bed came crashing down and was absolutely destroyed. One contractor was injured in the process.Had I known the risk associated with this project, the true quality of what I was purchasing, and the lack of concern I'd experience from the customer service team if an issue arose, I never would have made such a significant investment. I hope to shield other consumers from similar mistakes.

Manual was good. Packaging was good but extremely heavy! If you have a long driveway, get it delivered to your porch. My very handy, carpenter, husband said it was the hardest thing he's ever put together. If you don't work out, hire someone to put this together. It took all his strength to hold the springs down to attach. It took him at least 7 hours to assemble. It looks nice but crazy difficult for the average person.

I have put together hundreds of things such as furniture, tables, dressers, beds, shelving, tools, equipment, you name it. I could not believe how well packaged, labeled, and detailed everything was! It was incredible! Their installation manual was the best I’ve ever seen! I run a manufacturing business and their manual impressed me so much, that I’m actually going to give it to my marketing team to use as reference and guidance on how to reformat and recreate our installation manuals. Again, incredibly done.

We love our new murphy bed! See before and after pictures. The company was very responsive to emails after we placed our order. It attaches to the walls, not floorboards and even has notches for baseboards - very renter friendly. We're happy so far with our purchase.

After 8 years of owning my Breda Bed, the entire exterior finish is delaminating. I reached out to the company and after some back and forth, the company agreed to send me replacement panels. I am currently waiting for the panels.

We gave each other this In-Line Queen-sized Murphy bed for Christmas for our guest room/sitting room/crafts room, replacing a heavy, cumbersome futon that was a bit difficult to set up. The parts arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were easy to follow, especially considering this is a complicated piece of self-assemble furniture. We had a few questions as my husband and I were assembling it. When we called Breda Beds, we got good, timely customer service and lots of valuable tips. We ordered the doors for the side hutches, but loved the look of the open shelves. We may or may not add the doors later, but at least we’ll already have them if we decide to use them and the good part is that they can be on or off as many times as you decide to redesign your space. I love the additional shelving and drawer storage! We have slept in the bed and it is really comfortable. We loved the slide out side tables and the overhead lighting. One of the best parts, besides how beautiful it is, is the ease of opening and closing the bed. I can do it by myself with very little effort. The sofa is comfortable – even for napping. Oh, and did I say beautiful? The melamine finish is very high quality and looks right at home with all the natural pine wood in this room’s ceiling and trim. Now we have accommodations we can be very pleased to offer our once-in-a-while guests, while maintaining a spacious multi-purpose room for ourselves. I highly recommend this product!

I highly recommend BredaBeds as a responsive, quality company. Everything about my order was exactly as expected. The bed arrived packaged very securely and safely. There were no broken or damaged parts. We did have a small matter of wrong size bar, but they corrected it promptly. It took about 7 hours to assemble, but instructions were complete and carefully written. The bed itself is made of nice material and looks amazing. I ordered the mattress and cushion. They are best quality and bed is very comfortable! And easy enough for my husband to rise and lower it.

There was a little confusion with my order as the shipping goes to an installation company before final delivery/installation. Tess was extremely helpful and made sure to update me of the status of my order. I will finalize my review once I have the product installed, but I am looking forward to having my Breda Bed. Again, Tess was great in communication.
