Bronco Motors as a whole is always friendly and helpful. David Mercer was our salesman and he did a wonderful job! My husband told him our circumstances and David found us the right car almost immediately. He was kind and personable and helped us through the full process of buying our first car. You won't go wrong with him!

wow. Got the car that I've been searching for a long time. At a price that worked for my family. My husband Tyler C. Is very impressed with how Jason made everything work and his customer service is great. He's good with the kids while waiting and the atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting. I did not have any anxiety here unlike other dealerships. You need to check them out.

We had such a great experience last year with Jason that we had to come back to come back. He’s great and transparent and super welcoming. We will come back again the next time we need a car and will recommend everyone we know that may need one in the future.

We loved the service we got from Jason Taylor and the Bronco Motors team. Called in about a minivan, Jason was willing to drive it to my house about an hour later to let me look at it since I was without a car. He answered all our questions and was really thorough about making sure we were getting the best deal all around. He even gave us some good advice about selling a lease on another car we have. They were really patient with our rambunctious toddler too and that makes a mom really happy.

My husband Justin and I went in to look at Outlanders and drove away the same day with one. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the process very simple. I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone looking to buy a new car.

I was there at the Parts section today around 1pm, and the gentleman associate who helped me was so patient, kind, and thorough!He even went out to my car to make sure all the information was correct!I had special ordered a part that came in quickly and I was able to get the other parts I needed while picking up the first one.I was extremely happy with the amazing service and quality parts I received. Being new to the first time buyer realm, it’s frightening to put yourself in a situation that can impact the next couple years of finances. Of course we tell ourselves it’ll be fine if everything goes to plan and it should have… until we were told one thing, yet another happened. Our credit is wiped, our mail is full of our credit being run through different institutions, and our trust for Bronco Motors is broken!Bronco Motors is based on a few values that were not upheld. The ones that I will focus on is “Integrity and Trust” and the final words of the message: “You can count on us before, during, and after the sale!” How can I trust a company that is more focused on selling a product than helping the consumer feel comfortable with the purchase. We were deceived into thinking what was asked, would be upheld but later find out we were stabbed in the back.I understand we are all human, but to be a part of a company you must uphold and abide by certain standards to work in an environment known to be of excellence. Later after the incident of our credit dropping by a significant amount. I receive a call from a high up Bronco Motors individual asking what they can do to fix this. I was informed by my institution that it could be fixed by a simple call to the Credit Bureau but that it would have to be done by Bronco Motors. With no updates from them in the last two weeks, I reached out again and they did not even know who I was. Now I do believe it’s too late to be fixed so as I sit here knowing this could have been avoided, I ask myself if the message portrayed here is worth it? I say yes because what happened to us should not have to happen to anyone else.

Such a great place!!! i had my Denali in for servicing and Andy from the service department was on top of it the entire time as well with Connor Mgr. I got a courtesy car for a week and my Denali drove awesome!!! Zero complaints you guys have a great system!

By Far The BEST car buying experience Ever! I bet you've never heard that before! From the moment I requested information to driving our car off the lot it was so smooth! Jason Taylor was honest, informative, friendly and so helpful. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. Jeff in Financing was quick and kind and it was the least stressful $$ meeting ever. I would recommend Jason, Jeff and the Bronco Motors Mitsubishi Team to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!!

Sully, the sales lady was very kind. She was very honest and upfront with all the information. When I asked questions she was able to answer them. She also pointed our what the individual charges were for and what they meant. Loved her energy and positivity; 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend having her help you with the sales.

I had no definite plans on visiting Bronco Motors Mitsubishi today. After visiting 3 other dealerships with no luck I was about to quit. I had some ideas of what type of vehicle I wanted but nothing seemed to stand out. We decided to stop at Mitsubishi on a whim. There we met Sully. Overall, she was amazing. She was great at listening to my wants and needs and was able to show up multiple options in my price range. She was extremely knowledgeable in the industry and as someone who knows nothing about cars was great at sharing her knowledge without being condescending or boring. There was finally a car that I loved! John was great in paperwork aspect and got us through it without pain. I was able to drive out with a 2020 Mitsubishi outlander! Everyone was great and if I need to buy another car I would make this my first stop.

Overall it was extremely satisfying e experience from start to finish, salesman Mike was very knowledgeable and courteous. The man handling finance paperwork(excuse me not knowing his name) was very courteous, informative and explained every paper in detail. Spent the shortest time I ever spent at a dealership in my years of purchasing a vehicle. Thank y’all for a great experience
