DO NOT BANK HERE! They froze my account for no reason and won’t give me access to my money. Then when we jumped through all their hoops to get our money they still won’t give us access to our accounts. We have a family and children and you’re stealing from us. Go to hell!

I had to stop 4 times to make a credit card payment. 3 times the ATM had technical issues and the 4th time I had to show ID to pay with cash!

Why have a phone number if you never pick up your phone and don't even leave the option to leave a voicemail? I've literally called this branch dozens of times and maybe gotten a person twice.
