Brought my truck in for a squeaky belt and complete fluid change so that I wouldn't need any services needed for a while since I was buying a house. I specifically told them to change the oil since I knew it was due and figured instead of going to Valvoline up the road I'd have them do it. The night I picked it up it had a flat tire that they didn't bother to tell me about, so I changed the spare in their parking lot. Fast forward a couple months and my engine blew because apparently the shop manager at the time charged me for an oil change but never filled out the work order. When my truck blew up I took it right back to Larry's and called them the next morning since when I dropped it off it was after hours. They first tried accusing Valvoline of not changing the oil even though they show you the dipstick every oil change to confirm the oil had been changed. They dropped this and then called me back saying they would replace the motor and asked if I would go in halves with them. After telling them no they replaced it with a used motor with about 100k miles, about 50-60k less than the original. I also told them that if anything needed replaced while they were in there to replace it. Once I picked it up I drove it about 2 blocks down the road and turned around because of a very loud belt sound. They came out, looked at it and found out that the serpentine belt had a nick in it. They wanted to just replace it but this is the issue I had originally brought it in for since it had been through 2 serpentine belts in the last year alone. When I informed them of this they replaced a pulley and it seemed to get fixed. Before I left I figured I'd pop the hood and inspect the truck now because I was starting to lose trust with these guys. My power steering fluid was barely on the dipstick, antifreeze was less than half filled, and brake fluid was a little low. Had them come back out and fill everything. Fast forward a month or 2, truck started making a weird sound. Since it was under a 6 month warranty I took it back to Larry's. They called after diagnosing and said that it was a faulty part that got reinstalled from my old motor and that it would be $100 to fix it. I told them no and took it somewhere else. Have since sold the truck since it never really ran right since larrys touched it. And the belt still squeaked.

It’s a shame that companies like this work on Riggs, and will not honor #Warranty’s after the vehicles been sold I tried to give him a chance to do the right thing they said this rig had a clean bill of health there was exhaust manifold, bolts, hanging out, hand Tight the manifold is leaking oil like crazy. The rig is stuttering will not idle correctly headlights surging, and flashing. The lady wants no part in trying to do the right thing. I don’t want anything for free but maybe just look at the rig and verify that they’re clean bill of health was false and be more worried about the technician that gave a false report versus trying to save money but I guess that’s the world we live in

I went to this place of business for basic service. I was treated poorly by the girls in the front office, they were rude and extremely disrespectful. I sat in the office and listened to the conversation between Stephanie, and Stacy. These women will drive away even loyal customers. I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I was appalled at what I heard while waiting for my car to be serviced. I’m not someone who passes judgement on others, but I must say that this was the most miserable experience I’ve ever had with auto service. I would never recommended Larry’s to anyone! I remember when Paul Marler ran the business. The new owner is a j**** I highly recommend you go elsewhere for service!I’m not happy about writing this review, but the business has declined to the point where I will seek other services!

Larry’s Chevron is the most toxic environment I have ever experienced! I have worked as a professional for many years, and I have never experienced a more toxic environment in all my life. The manager/ owner Jeff is in over his head! He has no ability or staffing to support a thriving business!

Wow! The emissions guy is literally the rudest person on earth. He’s also creepy and stares at the women in your car. I will never use that station again for anything. Can’t believe they have someone like that employed there. Three full tanks of gas every two weeks is going somewhere else now‼️

We’ve been using Larry’s Chevron for car repairs for years. They are always great to work with, and they are reasonably priced.

i cant say enough good things about this auto shop and the people who work there. From the repair shop to the emissions testing, they have taken care of us since moving to Nampa in 2019. One car with a blown engine, another with a blown upper radiator hose, and a radiator leak, a third car needing a new starter and an air conditioner repaired and charged and multiple emissions tests on all the above cars.... No matter the problem they have always been professional and fair with their prices as well as great with communication. As long as I live in Nampa or in the area there isn't another place I will take my cars. Thank you for making our car troubles a little less stressful and taking care of your customer so well!

I would like to say that this station has awesome people working there. My husband and I moved to Nampa in 2017. My husband passed away in 2020. I have been having work done here since 2017. Your service manager Paul is also a awesome person and does everything to get you in as soon as possible when you have a problem. Thank you for all the great service from a 77 year old lady. Keep up the great work. God Bless all that work there.

It was my starter, thankfully it was still under warranty and the replaced it and installed it for no charge!-Thank you guys so much!!This is probably the fourth time I've taken my car to then and it has saved me so much time and stress! I will always come back here!

I would not recommend them... It's a great thing Emissions Testing is done with in 2023... If you did not pass Emissions Testing do not let this place give you an estimate... Just my opinion...

I would have to say that things have really went down hill since Paul left. Make sure they give you a quote first I would recommend American tire.
