A gas station isn't much to write about but the reason I won't go there is because we use Albertson's rewards and 70% of the time the pumps won't take it for some reason. Going inside the store makes no difference. So they lose out on 15 gallon fills! Too bad because they are convenient, a mile away from the house. I have not had a problem with Larry's Chevron on 12th Ave Rd.

Malfunctioning Card Readers and PumpsI am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues I've faced at Chevron. My experiences have been marred by consistent problems with both card readers and pumps, significantly impacting the overall service quality. The primary concern revolves around the consistent malfunctioning of card readers. On multiple occasions, attempting to use these readers has resulted in frustration due to their failure to properly process transactions. This issue has not only inconvenienced me but has also created delays and uncertainty during essential transactions. In addition to the malfunctioning card readers, the pumps, too, have exhibited unreliability. It's disheartening to encounter non-functional pumps, as this directly impacts the ability to access services conveniently. These recurring issues have not only affected my personal transactions but have also caused inconvenience to other patrons. The inability to rely on the fundamental operational aspects of the service has eroded trust and confidence in the reliability of Chevron. Despite these challenges, I have attempted to address these issues by reporting them to the on-site staff and customer service representatives. However, the resolution process seems to lack effectiveness, as the problems persist unabated. It is imperative for Chevron to urgently address these technical malfunctions. Improved maintenance, regular checks, and swift response to reported issues can significantly enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, fostering a more responsive and effective customer support system could ensure prompt resolution of such technical problems. In conclusion, the persistent malfunctioning of card readers and pumps at Chevron has considerably tarnished my experience as a customer. I hope that this review serves as a catalyst for proactive measures to rectify these recurring technical issues, thus improving the overall service quality for all patrons.

Good coffee when I needed that fix. Gas prices are not much higher than it's competition and for a $8 standard car wash, the gas is 10 cents less per gallon. The car wash does a adequate job and they do have a brush and soapy bucket to prewash the bugs, etc. You just have to do that yourself. No big deal.

Clean, well organized, professional, variety of products, public bathrooms, nice workers, little bit expensive (gas station prices), good amenities.

Gas pump started overflowing went in and told the employees. They said it has happened a few times and they "don't care enough to do anything about it"

I used to love this gas station, it’s right next to my house and have been going here for years.However one of their employees John is AWFUL!Horrible customer service. He was nothing but arrogant, loud, and rude. Incredibly rude. I cannot stand going there, if I see him I walk right back out. Such a shame that I’ve had to give up my favorite gas station just not to deal with him.

Your Customer Service Rep. Millie should really pay more attention to the customers instead of her phone. I struggled with my card and it's because she wasn't doing what she was supposed to on her end. Phones>customer got it!

This used to be the best car wash in town, back when they had people who prepped the cars by hand before going through the automatic car wash. They were wonderful and did an amazing job! Now when I go through the automatic car wash due to no prep on their part, my car never gets fully clean. I either have to prep it or go home and do more washing, Which is opposite of wanting to go have your car washed! Bring back your awesome workers and provide jobs as well as good service please!

They just installed brand new gas pumps state-of-the-art with TV screens and all. They offered good food inside with all of your beverage needs. Nice job Nampa Chevron.

Would like to get ahold of the owner regarding a situation with the manager and a worker in the carwash by the name of Julian who harassed my daughter as she tried to go through the car wash after her car was egged by this employee. I agree very unprofessional and rude employees.
