Always love costco! Great prices and employees! The eye Dr was amazing too. My husband had gotten a piece of metal in his eye from work the day before. We called in the morning and even though they were booked, they worked him into the schedule to help him. My husband hates his eyes being touched but they took great care of him and restored his eye! Highly recommend!

Extremely popular place very clean and there are some great deals to be had. I am most impressed by the quality of the food to be had in the meat and bakery area. It's affordable gourmet in my opinion.

This Costco has the absolute worst customer service from the sign up process to the cashiers everyone is rude for no reason. I understand it’s just after the holiday season so we’ve tried to be reasonable but the rude behavior has gone on since June of this year. Every single time we go in, we’re treated like criminals even though we’ve never once stolen and never will. Everyone stares at you and every cashier is always rude. Until they see we have the executive card then all of a sudden we’re treated nicer, completely unacceptable behavior all around. We’re letting our membership expire because the price is not worth the absolute trash behavior from everyone here. Do not shop here if you really love your Costco membership, make the drive to Boise avoid this one for sure.

When I need something that is a great deal and good quality, I am going to Costco. Their guarantee on their products is great and the saving can sometimes lead to huge savings. Staff is always helpful and the amount of times I have been there to see them hustle and stock and restock, crazy. The meats are good quality too as are the fruit and canned goods. All the services that can be utilized that they offer is good. Been a member for a very long time and the food court has been a family favorite with the gas station being a savings for me.

My review features two cashiers. One great and one rude and obnoxious. The rube and obnoxious cashier was named Karen (irony not lost on me) She was running the self checkout. I approached the mostly empty check out ( 6 stations were open) this was 10:45am on 12-11-22 so it hadn't gotten busy yet. She got my attention by loudly said 20 items get with the program, go over there. For the record Karen we had 22 items. And there is no sign saying 20 items or less. She glared at me until I left then she rolled her eyes and shook her head. Next cashier was named Lisa. She was great. She joked with us and kept the line moving. She was nice and could tell she actually liked her job. Sounds like Karen needs more training.

Usually my Costco visits are 5 star. I must have hit them on a bad day. First I went to the rest room after I shopped but found a dude just starting to put my groceries back. It was no longer than 10 min. Okay not that bad I could tell he was new and they gave him busy work. Now for the big complaint. I got gas and they have new pumps that don't allow topping off. I got gas and it stop pumping, I gave a couple of squeezes but nothing more would come out. I went back on the road and my gas guage showed a full 1/4 below the full line. Someone needs to recalibrate those hose pumps. I proceeded to Jackson's where I topped it off. Picture show after the Costco gas then after the Jackson's. It took 4 more gallons, what the heck!?

As long as you avoid Saturday afternoons you’ll have a great visit at this location. Store is clean, selection is great, staff is friendly and helpful. Make sure to stop by the food court for a fair priced lunch/dinner on your way out!

My one star review is solely based on the more than one experience I’ve had with one cashier, JEAN. Her obvious rudeness never goes unnoticed. Never have I had encountered such a feeling of absolute malice from one single cashier in all my visits at Costco. The first time I encountered this I brushed it off as “perhaps” she’s having a bad day. The second, time months later it happened again when she practically tossed my receipt at me. I left thinking I’d write a review, but as my day continued, I felt sorry for such a person, so I let it go. But right now I’m sitting in my car in the parking lot of Costco because it’s happened again. JEAN was talking, and talking and from what I could see a friendly transaction with the customer ahead of me. Then just as soon as my transaction started her complete and total demeanor changed. Ice cold, and a bitter energy. I don’t know this woman outside of Costco, and really can’t understand what her problem is. All I know is that she really needs to learn how to treat ALL people with decency. Not just the ones she picks and chooses to. Something that I would think she’d know by now, given the years visible on her face. I’d be surprised if I’m the only one who’s ever encountered her bitterness. If I’m not, then I’m curious as to why Costco has chosen to keep her to represent them. She’s left me leaving Costco with heavy disdain and it’s shameful for someone to make another person feel that way.

$40 to switch my winter tires! I have bought numerous sets of tires from Costco over the years including a $650 set of snow tires just last winter. When I asked if they would install them the following year for no charge, the tech explained that it is free if the tires are already mounted on wheels, otherwise, there is a labor charge. Fair enough. I later had the tires mounted on to dedicated wheels so that it would be quick and easy to switch from winter to summer tires. This year, I went in and found they charge $40 to bolt on snow tires that are already mounted on dedicated wheels. This is not what I was told and not how this process is customarily works. Normally, when you buy a set of tires with wheels, the tire shop will switch them for free. Not anymore. When you buy a set of tires at Costco, the regular rotations are free. When you switch seasonal tires on and off (already mounted on wheels) it is the exact same labor as a tire rotation, except the worker has to lift tires in and out of the car.I bought eight tires from Costco and all eight are mounted on wheels. I really expect them to simply switch the seasonal tires for no charge. I am very disappointed in this change of policy.

The people that work here are always so nice! They have a great wine selection too. I often find nice clothes for a super price. My boyfriend's jeans are a steal ;) They also have lots of high protein snacks! Plus great deals on household items and gifts. We love their Christmas cards. The dog food is even high quality, like most Kirkland things.

Worse place to be at most times because it’s so busy then they decide to bottle neck you to get out as you try to walk through 60 oversized shopping carts all parked for a cheap hotdog. Way to crowded to try and go shopping. I wish they could find a better way. It’s a decent place for about an hour a day at a slow time.

Today I visited Costco 10/01/22 at 12pm. I usually love coming to Costco but today I experienced the WORST customer service and rude cashier personnel I have ever had at Costco. Everyone else is so nice but Jean on checkout lane 5 was incredibly inconsiderate and rude to myself and my family members. When I realized my membership was expired I let her know I wanted to downgrade- she proceeded to tell me and my family we HAD to purchase the $120 membership to pass through. I asked her if we could just cancel the checkout and go over to customer service and that’s when she began rolling her eyes huffing and puffing to call someone over to void my items. She was so annoyed by this that she began to throw my items into my basket. When I proceeded to walk away to give Costco money for a member ship she talked at us to leave the cart with her implying I was going to steal or something and demanded her boxer to come get our cart. I just am blown away at the lack of customer service skills this woman had.

Went to the Nampa Costco today, went through the self checkout 2 different times on 2 different days and was helped by the cashier with scanning the heavy items which is great. I finished scanning my small items finished up and went to grab my receipt and behind me there is a cashier counting my items aloud. She didn't even asked for my receipt which made me fell like I was stealing the 4 bags of salt and the 3 small items I had in my cart. I Think this is not the way to treat a member since 1985. I can see once but not twice and if you cant count to 7 in your head maybe you shouldn't be working there. Hey Management is this your policy to treat your customers all like were all trying to steal. Great customer service!!!

Clean store with great selection. Went right when it opened as it does get crowded. Employees were pleasant and helpful. Gas station line was not too long and definitely the best price around for unleaded. Be sure to check out parking on the side (rather than in front) as it is significantly less crowded!
