I called because I was trying to get a hold of customer service so I could port a number. I was yelled at and told I could look up the number for customer service myself and if I couldn’t look it up myself I didn’t deserve a phone. The customer service here seriously sucks and that’s exactly why I’m switching to AT&T. Get your employees mouths washed?

Terrible customer service, had to explain 4 times in different ways what we needed just to find out what we needed to do. They stopped listening after we said we needed her account verified bc customer service said to go into a store.

Went to purchase two new phones and the "Employees" just pointed at random phones without getting off their stool to show me anything ?. Well eventually after helping Myself I chose a couple phones.. which they apparently didn't have in stock ? So I took my money elsewhere ?. The Kids they have "Posing as Employees" have no work ethic and their parents should be ashamed ?

Came in this store to buy a new phone. Talked to Aaron and he was extremely rude, ill tempered and condescending. Told me that the phone was $100.00 more than it actually was. So, the next day I went to the Caldwell store on the Blvd and talked with Danny. He was AMAZING! Got me set up with a new phone with no issues. Unfortunately for me, I had to go back to 12th Ave Cricket in Nampa to get a case. Once again, I got Aaron.... He tossed the case on the counter and said there! When I asked Aaron for his help with the screen protector he acted as if he was being put out! While I waited 2 ladies came in with a perfectly valid question, Aaron was rude and condescending to them as well and acted like he had better things to do! I will not ever come back to the 12th Ave Cricket store! I will be more than happy to go to Caldwell and have Danny take care of my cell phone needs from now on!

It's okay customer service in the store however if you call in they can be rather rude to you and hang up on you that my experience with them
