Your hours are atrocious. Just weekdays during most working hours and closed for 30 minutes right in the middle. The fact I can't leave a call back request during lunch is also moronic. Makes it a challenge every single time to get my refills .

I will never come back to this pharmacy. Not only do they have the most ridiculous hours(closed Saturday and Sunday) but they act like you’re an inconvenience to them with any and all interactions.

How about letting me speak to a human

You can’t talk to someone right away with questions if you call. You have to leave a voicemail and they call you back. Very frustrating!!

I went in to pick up a prescription for my wife and the pharmacist who gave me the prescription didn’t ask if I had questions regarding this new medicine or if we knew how to administer it so I had to ask if there were any medications or allergy pills that would interfere or interact with this new medicine and her answers were “I don’t know” and she didn’t care to help me find the answers. I Would never recommend this place to anyone. I’ll pay more in the future to avoid this place.

CVS hasn't made it convenient for people who live in Idaho to find a standalone CVS the only one is located in Boise Idaho

This CVS just needs to call it quits. Never open, won't auto refill prescriptions on time. I'd rather drive to Boise at this point. I don't know how who's fault it is for why this pharmacy is so bad nor do I care. It's been going down hill for a couple years and evidently has not reached bottom.

When the pharmacy was owned by target, they were great. But the CVS acquisition has been awful. No urgency. I wait 8 days for a refill, stand in line for an hour waiting to pick up, only to have them close in front of me as I stood in that line. I tell them to transfer my Rxs to another pharmacy and they don't respond. I have to get my doctor to send new scripts to the new pharmacy because CVS holds them hostage and then refills just before my new pharmacy so that I have to go back there since my insurance won't authorize the new place to fill it since CVS already had.

My husband has been trying to get his Ozempic forever due to Drs over prescribing it as a weight loss med but diabetic people can’t get it.
So, we went to the CVS in the Nampa Target. We got there as they were closing at 6pm. I tried to talk to an employee and instantly he started to get aggressive with me. As I was walking away he kept arguing and fighting with me loudly in front of other costumers who didn’t understand why they were closing. They had JUST changed their hours. I had to remind him he’s the employee and probably shouldn’t be yelling and fighting with me on shift in front of 5 other Target “guests”.
Their new hours are 10am-6pm and close for lunch at 1:30-2pm. They are also only open Monday through Friday. How in the hell is anyone who works supposed to get their medication?!

I work till 5 so there is no way I can get there before 6. I signed up for and paid for the $48/year extra care plus to get free delivery. Have refills ready, clicked on delivery and it wants me to pay again for for the extra care plus. I would give it 0 stars if it would let me and I will definitely transfer my scrips to another Pharmacy, very sad because I have been getting scrips here for since they opened 10+ yrs ago?

No wonder CVS is shutting down poor customer service and wait times either on phone or picking up prescriptions

Wasted trip to CVS!My wife and I each needed a Hep B vaccine. A web search directed me to CVS and I then proceeded to make an appointment using their on-line scheduling website which had me fill out all of my personal and insurance information (it took a bit of time; but I figured they were being cautious to cover their bases). I even got a text confirming my appointment. So far, so good. Then we drive 20 minutes to the Nampa location (closest one that the website offered). Then we wait to check in for about 15 minutes because 1 person was handling a long line picking up and another person was on his phone. Finally someone comes to check us in for vaccine. After requesting my Medicare card AND insurance card (which I had previously entered on-line), she tells me that there is a problem with coverage. Needed pre-approval. Was not very helpful. Also said I could pay cash price if I wanted to get it now. Later said she was very busy. Why did the website give me an appointment and they didn't honor it?!

They need more staff to cover the amount of people who get prescriptions. The wait lines are ridiculous. Waiting on hold on the phone for over 30mins. Meds not ready when they say they are. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They would improve with more staff.
