I came in, right before closing, with a ridiculously heavy package, and no return shipping label. Emily got me a cart and Anna made the return ridiculously easy for me and was so kind. Will be back because of the respect and kindness. Appreciate these wonderful women and the customer service.

Just as you can see from other reviews starting from the manager that lies to customers after we’ve come to him over several complains about them up charging us and he’s told us that it was Etsy when the owner of our company finally come in and confronted him he got hostile along with another lady telling us that he’s told us after lying to several of our people in our company. If you’re company I suggest you not going to this shipping facility.

Nothing but admiration for the service I received here while trying to mail a package to Canada. The staff here is very professional, kind, and friendly.

Very rude and accused me of trying to be a scammer while trying to get my package that I had been picked up.
Because my license didn’t have the same address on there and I told him what address it was going to be at and I literally had to find a bill and show it to them and then they didn’t even like say sorry or anything like that. They were completely rude.

Michael the manager at this FedEx Kinko is absolutely amazing. Great customer service skills, above and beyond helpful and all around very knowledgeable! This whole staff is exceptional as well! My husband needed to print out written thank you cards to send to his clients, this was quite the meticulous daunty tasks! However, from day one Michael took this project under his wings and made sure everything ran smoothly with the printing machine and the written thank you cards came out perfectly! Thank you Michael for seeing this project of ours from beginning to end, making sure all went well and it turned out so great! Will definitely be back for more of our projects in the future. Thank you for your excellent expertise and amazing above and beyond customer service skills!

Easy access for shipping and pickup

Driver used my driveway to pull a u trun when I said something about it he called me a liar. I saw the back of his truck in my driveway
When I was going to get my phone and take a picture of his truck he sped off Called local office asked for a manager. Was told no one was available.
Will never use FEDEX because and I am putting a spike strip in front of my driveway.
