This store and these people in it are a perfect example of why it's just a matter of time till GameStop is no more. I went in to buy an Xbox console just because it was convenient. I NEVER come here. The gal there talks me into some membership after she insists it's free and will not auto renew and charge me. I walk out and it wasn't 10 minutes later I get an email she signed me up for auto renew and I will be charged in 3 months... I call and she tells me she can take care of that in store. I take a couple weeks but finally make it back in there to cancel and of course they tell me they can't cancel it in store and I have to call their customer support number. Get frustrating that I had to call some number and deal with people who could barely speak English because this girl lied to me and did exactly what she said she wouldn't do. Will NEVER return. Exactly why I'll just go to Amazon from now on....

Went here with my bf around 2pm on 1/11/24 and the door was locked. We were confused why until the guy let us in after walking towards the front while zipping up his pants. After he gave a quick greeting he went behind the counter onto a video chat with some loud obnoxious girl who was using the most inappropriate language. I’m pretty sure he had the door locked because he was doing weird stuff and didn’t wanna be bothered but it was honestly super unprofessional. It made us leave quickly as I felt beyond uncomfortable. Won’t be back and will be filing a complaint with corporate.

BEWARE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! IF you buy anything here for your kids for Christmas or any other reason, note that you will NOT be able to return OR exchange OR get store credit. My son purchased a $45 headset with his own cash. Took it home, opened the box, tried them on, and decided that he wanted something more expensive. Brought them back the next day (Brand new in the box) to exchange for the $100 set and the answer was "NOPE". ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No credit, no exchange, no nothing! They stated that if the tape wasn't peeled from the box, maybe they could take back but highly unlikely. Mind you we just spent $600 on a PS5 here 2 weeks ago (Which I now regret) Sad to say, I try to support local brick and mortar stores, but when I can buy online for the same price and it comes to my door the next day and there is no question on returns....the decision is easy. WONT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!

I have no words for the experience I just walked out with.I traded in my PlayStation 4 pro and 6 games yesterday (28August) and ended up getting $100+ dollars for and was persuaded to renew my pro membership which actually hurt me contrary to what the individual working stated. Because I ended up receiving a shocking value for my trade in, I decided to by a nice keyboard for my computer only to come home and find that the keyboard didn’t even work in the first place. Today, 29 August, I spoke to the morning worker who said to bring said keyboard back with receipt and they would kindly fix the issue. Once I walked in the afternoon worker looked at my like I was some sort of mouth breather confused out of my mind. He walks back into the room and calls the same employee I dealt with the night before, Christopher, and proceeds to tell me there’s nothing they can do knowing he/they sold me a product that didn’t work. Shame on this store, shame on the worker CHRISTOPHER, and shame on this company for telling the players “we would love your trade ins, anything else is your issue”Thanks for stealing my PS4 Pro and my games and essentially telling me to go kick sand.

My family enjoys shopping at this store inside and online. I like the vibe inside the store. It's calming and brings back a lot of good childhood memories. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Can't even perform the only purpose they serveFigured I would pre-order a new collectors edition through gamestop instead of going through Amazon, support a dying franchise... turns out they're dying for a reason.I ordered, they took my money, order was processing, get an email today that my order was canceled.called for order information turns out: this store canceled my order for my game because it was supposed to be "direct delivery only" only being 4 days after pre-orders opened, meaning they aren't avalible anywhere now.Guess I'll have to wait a year and buy from someone else on ebay, but I deffinetly know where I will not be getting my pre-orders, retro games, or peripheralsAmazon FTW
