Note: this business has now merged with Pip's Mobile Detailing. I took my '21 Ram 1500 Rebel into the shop to remove/reduce some obnoxious scratches I got from dead tree branches while off road. The results exceeded my expectations, even on the aluminum tail gate. The scratches are GONE. Pip's/Gear Head is a premier detail shop with the facilities and know-how to restore your vehicle's appearance. In my experience it is unusual to find a detailer with a good, high bay shop that works on paint issues (without painting). I like how they worked with me, giving me an estimate not to exceed and charging me only for the time worked. They also applied a paint sealant application which I needed since my last wax was last year. All the work only took one hour - very productive! I'm sure that I will return since I plan on keeping this vehicle a long time.

Awesome folks! Spectacular job! Have a 99 jeep tj that was spot/chip treated by the previous owner with spray paint.... Looked horrible. Debated for 6 years on what to do. Highly considered repainting...too expensive. Called these folks up, they got the jeep in timely; washed, removed the spray paint hack job, buffed it, polished and just loved the heck out of my jeep. The jeep now looks new! These folks are my go to now for breathing life back into my vehicles exterior. Thanks GearHead! AMAZING SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT. After a different business cancelled less then an hour before our appt, GEAR HEAD CAME TO THE RESCUE and fit both my car and my daughters car into their schedule. They were accommodating and understanding to our situation and made a difficult situation perfect. We used their in shop detailing as well as their mobile service in the same day for both cars and were very satisfied with both. Will definately use in the future and recommend this business for anyone needing any car detailing or steam cleaning done. Can't say enough good things about them.Services: Auto detailing

Had my new 2022 truck ceramic coating applied with only 330 miles on it. Was on the fence about getting the ceramic coating. But now that I see the finish I am impressed. I had the 5 year finish applied. I garage keep my truck so I hope to get an even a longer life out of it.The photos don't do it justice.

Absolutely worthy of the 5 star rating they hold. I was referred to this company by a friend and he did not lead me astray.Pros:-They were very transparent in their pricing structure and how much it could cost if things didn't go according to plan. (My car had some marring/swirls that required a 2 step paint correction, they explained exactly what to expect should it come to that)-Communication: These guys called me if something was going to cost more and explained the why, which as a consumer is very important to me. They also sent me some progress pics and videos, I felt like they were very involved in the process and it was very refreshing to see in the valley.-The People: I met Brandon, Bryce, Trey(Spelling may be wrong). These guys were personable and easy to get a long with.-The finished Product: My car went from having swirls in it, to it being hard to tell that had ever happened. I am over the moon happy with the decision to work with these guys, they just made it so easy.Cons:-A little bit of a drive from Boise (But honestly worth it haha)Services Used:2 Step Paint Correciton2 Year Ceramic CoatVerdict: They are competitively priced and with their attention to detail/passion, I would highly recommend them.Services: Auto detailing
