Goodwill Stores in southern Idaho, Montana, and Utah are part of Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc., a non-profit organization that provides employment, job training, day programs, and housing for adults with intellectual disabilities, as well as children's therapy and health-related services for adults and seniors. The stores offer a wide variety of items, including clothes, furniture, books, and household treasures. Customers often find good deals and unique items, especially in the books and clothing sections. However, the stores can sometimes be a bit disorganized, with furniture rarely on the floor despite being constantly turned in back, and the housewares area in need of better upkeep. The staff generally provide polite and friendly service, with some exceptions where employees can be rude to each other. Customers appreciate the store's efforts to keep things organized and the varying selection that changes over time, making each visit different. Many find it enjoyable to browse and discover useful items for their homes, often thinking of second chances for used goods. Overall, the stores are clean and welcoming, with a helpful staff, though the overall organization sometimes leaves room for improvement.
I almost always come here with my grandmother, we most like walk out the store with a couple of things. With me getting older I'm just wondering if I can volunteer before 14. If not that's totally okay

Store has a lot of clothes and other treasures, but it also is a bit of a mess. The staff is always polite, but they are clearly exhausted trying to keep up with the filth wizards who seem to be waging some neverending battle in the housewares section.
