Now If Anyone Wants To Take Advantage Of Discounts or Sales Within A Goodwill 2nd Hand Store You Must Be A Smart Phone - Cell Phone User With Compatible Apps.
Otherwise You Are Not Able To Get In On Any Sales.
There Are 100's Of People Out There, Especially Seniors and Less Fortunate Folks, Who Do Not Use Cell Phones For Their Daily Activities.
These Are Folks Who Need The Sales Discounts.
Plus, If You Purchase Anything And Find You Need To Return The Item(s) They Will Not Give Your Money Back Whether It Is Cash or Debit. The Refund Is Put On An In-Store Gift Card So It Is Actually NOT A Refund, You Are Forced To Spend The Money In The Store Anyway.
Shopping Here Has Become A Waist Of Time & Donating Here Will No Longer Be On My To Do List.
We Donate To Serve The Needs Of Others But Serving The Needs Of Others Should Be Top On The List Of These Thrift Stores.
When The Wealthy Began Shopping At 2nd Hand Stores They Were Dubbed 'Thrifty" Because They Would Not Be Caught Dead In Someone Else's Attire. So Now The Prices & Sales Gear More Toward The More Fortunate Because They Can Pay The Higher Costs.

Very dirty disorganized, wish they kept the home decor on separate shelves instead of over the clothes. It makes it hard to look when people are shopping for clothing.

I visit your store a lot and have spent a lot of money there. The decision to permanently close your dressing rooms came as a surprise to me when I had a basket full of clothes that I wanted to try on, which I left there and walked out. You are punishing your decent customers because of those who choose to break the law. There couldn't be another method investigated to mitigate the situation? I would have bought all those clothes in my cart without trying it on and came back and return those that didn’t fit, but you’re choosing to only give score credit??? I will not shop at your store again until the dressing room is open again. I will go to other area thrift stores such as Deseret Industries or Idaho Youth Ranch and give them my money instead.

My daughters were looking for pants, wanted to try them on but the dressing rooms are permanently closed. There's a sign that reads it's for the safety of customers and the staff. All I know is it's disappointing. You can return items within 7 days w\original tags & receipt for a store credit. This is inconvenient for us as are staying across town. If the clothes don't fit right or too tight we have to go back across town (making a wasted trip, using more fuel because fuel is so cheap) all to get a store credit in which we may not find or want anything else. We're super disappointed and reminded why we like the DI and won't be going back to or donating to Goodwill again.

I almost always come here with my grandmother, we most like walk out the store with a couple of things. With me getting older I'm just wondering if I can volunteer before 14. If not that's totally okay

Store has a lot of clothes and other treasures, but it also is a bit of a mess. The staff is always polite, but they are clearly exhausted trying to keep up with the filth wizards who seem to be waging some neverending battle in the housewares section.

So the customer service here in the front is a 5!! However on the store overall they always have the same furniture. You can see furniture being turned in constantly in the back, but you never get to see it on the floor. Everything‘s priced pretty good. The books are great. I found a lot what I needed for homeschool just would like to see more furniture on the floor.

Nice store, but customer service could be better. Thanks Deborah for rounding up our total without asking first! Nothing like paying double for a kids book!

I can only write that the management is awful, I know this place is for the handicap, and I'm thinking that's what's wrong with this manager.
