This place was amazing! My 3-year-old finally decided it was time to try to cut her own hair. My daughter has long hair with her bangs going past her eyes. She cut her bangs all the way down to her scalp with maybe a half inch of hair left and took out a chunk of hair on the right side of her head. These women came together and fixed my daughter's hair and I couldn't be happier with the end result. They put a smile back on my daughter's face, what else could a father ask for. Thank you guys you have definitely made a return customer without a doubt!

My son came in came in to get his hair cut and is very particular about his hair... I never thought it would start this early! Lol. Anyway, Wyatt cut his hair, and this guy will be my son's forever barber. Wherever he is. He worked so meticulously in order to give my son a masterful cut and I made it a point to tell him that he was an artist🙂 he was definitely someone I would expect to see in a salon.

4 staff members, only 2 people getting their hair cut, and not a single person waiting in front for a haircut. I'm told it will be a 72 minute wait and then they ask if I'm ok with that wait. No ma'am, I'm not ok with it, ESPECIALLY since there is NOBODY in your waiting room waiting for a haircut. Thanks anyway.

I followed a few barbers/hairstylists from supercuts. They remember you and how you like your cuts. They also offer discounts for veterans/ first responders. I won't go anywhere else for a clean cut.

My boyfriend has been going to this location for several years. It was the second or third time he's used their online appointments. When he checked in it said there was a 16 minute wait. When he got there, the screen said that there was 46 minute wait. There was only one person cutting hair. He stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement and then sat to wait. During this time a mom and daughter arrived with no acknowledgement either. Another lady came out and never asked if he had been helped. After 10 minutes she finished with her customer and helped the mom and daughter. Another customer came in and they were helped also. It had been an hour of waiting with no help. He finally left. It would seem, from the other reviews, that customer service has gone down horribly at this location.

I've been going to Great clips for about a year now and so far all of my cuts have been great but this last one was the worst. The girl was very inexperienced and my first instinct was to get up and go back to the location i usually go to but I didnt?. I will definitely keep going back but we'll go to my regular girl.

I live a 10 min walk from here. The Great Clips Checkin App states it opens at 10am. I start my walk at 10 I also tried to check in but the app said check in wasn't available. About half way there I checked the app and it still said it wasn't available. When I get there , about 10:10, there are 5 people who checked in before me. The door stated the place opened at 8am. There is 1 stylist cutting a person, 2 more stylists are in the back room having a heck of a good time. I am the only one waiting to be served. Before the one getting his hair cut was finished 1 person walks in. He was pre checked in. So it's me and him and he gets served first. Still the two other stylists are in the back room having a good time. Before the one getting his hair cut was finished 2 more pre checked people walk in so it's me and 3 waiting. One of the others was called but he gave me preference and said I should get mine cut first because I was there first. The stylist said "no I have to wait for all the others that checked in before me". It didn't matter that I was there 1/2 hour before the others. I had to wait. Again the one called before me stated I could go before him and I was denied again. So I left. Won't be back. Extremely poor service and policy.

Asked for about 1/2 in off feels like she took two. Asked for layers seems pretty blunt to me. Un even and unnatural looking now
