“I can’t say enough good things about Flag Store of Idaho and the level of customer service I received. Wade went above and beyond from the very beginning. He held a large flagpole for me for two months, and every time I offered to put down a deposit, he simply told me, “No worries, I’ll hold it as long as you need.” When I finally came to pick it up with my trailer, Wade personally helped me load the huge flagpole and even gave me microfiber towels to put underneath it so it wouldn’t get scratched or damaged on the way home. What impressed me just as much was the time he took afterward to give me a very detailed explanation of how to install and set everything up properly. He never made me feel rushed and genuinely wanted to make sure I had everything I needed and understood exactly what to do. It is getting harder and harder to find this kind of customer service. Wade and the team at Flag Store of Idaho truly care about their customers, and it shows. Absolutely outstanding service. I would recommend Flag Store of Idaho to anyone looking for a flag, flagpole, or anything flag-related. They have earned a customer for life. ??????”

“I really ought to come here again for my creative hobbies. My wife and daughter both adored this store. And they have a convenient package drop off station. It really helps.”
