“The location is very convenient right off freeway. Their are multiple resturants within walking distance like In-N-Out Burger. As I walked into the room it was already nice and cool! The room has a lot of space and very clean! Oh my gosh, the sheets, blanket, and pillows were so comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you sign up for their rewards program you can take advantage of their late check out of 12:30. The only complaint I have is in regards to their curtains, which allowed too much light in.”

“This is a nice hotel. Very clean has a fridge, microwave, nice bed, beautiful bathroom. Josy at the front desk was really helpful and recommended a really good restaurant for dinner.”

“The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, the beds don't hurt my back, and it's in a convenient location. They will come pick you up on there shuttle if you need a ride, within reason, and they always seem to greet you with a smile.”

“Writing a review that’s much needed and had Benny not left a card I wouldn’t have thought to do it. My son insisted Benny deserves a review since we stay here often and have never done a review. We loved the room location. Loved being able to sleep without hearing others. The pool hours on the door said it closed at 10 but inside said 24hrs. The hot tub was great room was spacious and so clean Benny did an excellent job cleaning and servicing our room the night before Christmas Eve. My only less than positive review about our stay here would be the tv. The remote seemed to work but getting any channel to stay playing without constant buffering was a pain. If we were here during the day it would’ve been a probably but we only had it on to fall asleep. I could’ve called and with the customer service here I’m sure they would’ve fixed it or put us in another room. Always a pleasure to stay here. The young man working the front desk on 12/23 around 9 pm was awesome too, anticipated us needing pool towels when we got there based on my questions and was delivering them when we made it to the pool. They’re in hotel services like the little necessities you may need (toothpaste, shampoo etc.) were recently priced. Beds are a little firm but just right for us. Thank you for an excellent place to stay in a great location!!

7/3/25 Update, we are unable to do a new review for this stay but it was equally as wonderful the lady at check in around 6:30 pm on 7/2 was so kind and patient and personable. Maria L did a great job in our room. It smelt so clean and was beyond comfortable and ready for a great night sleep. We love staying here because the staff, the quality, and the accommodations. Only place that runs a later breakfast for people that might need some extra sleep! We are best western-ers for life!”

“Downtown Nampa has become a great place to hang out, by yourself or with friends. Lots of eclectic places to check out, like Swirl Wine Shop and lounge, Whiskey River, and Sister Sue's Boutique for the ladies.”

“Bldg is undergoing remodeling to update several rooms. We will stop again.

Rooms: Fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Heater with remote. Good selection of tv channels.

Safety: We felt safe”
