“Service was phenomenal. Went for a business trip recently and didn’t realize the wrong dates had been entered, and I got in on a late flight. Called the front desk and Tanner was amazing! They were able to get everything moved around 30 minutes before I checked in and everything was smooth sailing. Can’t thank Tanner enough for being so kind. Rooms were fantastic as well!”

“Check in is weird with using a kiosk. There was rarely a person at the front desk. Clean and updated rooms, although the mattresses were not comfortable, especially the pullout couch. Typical hotel breakfast with good variety. Safe location and not far off 84.”

“As over the road truck drivers we experience the good the bad and the ugly when it comes to motels. The receptionist listened to our needs for our food supply as our truck had to go into the shop. She provided a room to accommodate our freezer/refrigerator needs as well as pet friendly. Our room is clean and inviting. The kitchenette is adequately supplied with necessary cooking supplies for on the go. This place is one not to overlook.”
“The hotel was so good the service was great and the rooms was clean only thing I didn't like they don't have elevators and it a little hard to got up upstairs when one of my legs it was hurting but everything else was good”

“I have taken a few minutes to think about what i want to say. I need to get over myself a bit. Firstly, my wife and I agree our stay was the best sleep we have had in a bed not our own. Personally I feel it's the pillows that make the experience. Firm yet soft. Amazing. The room seems to be recently upgraded. Pretty decent job. If you are the kind of person that hust nit picks everything you feel os not up to your standards then other accommodations are for you. I could do the same however sleep is most important to me. And it was peaceful, quiet and restful. Thank you.”
“Update: it seems to have gotten better with everything & the people working there. The lady whos worked there for years who typically runs front desk ive always liked. The guy with the face tattoo is just all around a good guy. A situation months ago that occurred with him taking matter into his own hands involving arrests of bad guys...amazing dude for making things safer for the people involved and everyone else! I hope he still works there becuase he defintley cares and seems very loyal!
after them changing it to only a cash deposit then telling me there's no deposit in my name im not down with that. So now staff can just take peoples money? They said they'd look it it....”

“One of the better Holiday Inns I have stayed at. The only problem I have with IHG hotels is your points expire if you don't use them in a certain period of time. If they would never expire I would stay at More Holiday Inns instead of Hilton. But again this holiday and was one of the better ones I have stayed at great breakfast great everything”
