My 2021 taxes were completed incorrectly. I have spent 18 months trying to get H and R to help me. I still have not received $3400. from 2021 tax return. H and R has always done my taxes, but never again.

Terrible, I cannot recommend against this place enough! We followed our Tax "Professional" Brita's advice exactly as she had told us last year. She assured us "With filling this way you won't owe anything next year." Myself and my nine month pregnant wife were flabbergasted when we found out that filling the way she had advised last year caused us to owe $3000! Neither of us get any paid maternity leave and will now have $0 income and need to come up with $3000 in less that 8 weeks. All she could do is tell us "I'm sorry" and proceed to try to give me a different set of advice and instructions so "You won't owe anything next year." I would be a fool to take your advice again and wind up possibly owing more or getting audited for some erroneous details. My wife won't stop crying that I have to work while my daughters being born, I'm disgusted that I was cheated out of my money for "advice" and the opportunity to get screwed and I'm heartbroken that now I cannot be with my wife after her surgery or my daughter after she is born due to a "Professional" advising me incorrectly on my taxes. It should fall on my tax filler and advisor if my taxes aren't correct not me, that's what we pay to get done and why you get paid a salary.

The tax lady was very nice and she did it quickly. My husband and I were having troubles with TurboTax for the past 2 years and she helped us get through this year and is also going to help us look at last year's taxes for free. Thank you so much for we were getting highly discouraged and she gave us peace of mind.

I won't go thru this company again. The lady was nice, but no info or help on what their mistake after filing. I'm now dealing with the IRS over their mistake.
