Josh helped me with some last minute prints I needed of my grandfather for his funeral. He was so kind and helped me adjust the photos for printing and really took his time to make them perfect and I am so grateful for him. Thank you IMP!

I recently had the pleasure of working with International Minute Press for my grandma's funeral programs, and I cannot recommend them enough. The quality of the programs was exceptional - they were printed on high-quality paper that really made them stand out. Not only that, but the team was incredibly fast and efficient, getting the programs to us in record time. I was so impressed with the level of care and attention to detail that they put into every aspect of the process. Thank you, International Minute Press, for helping us honor my grandma's memory in such a beautiful way. I cannot recommend International Minute Press enough! From start to finish the communication about my project was amazing. I had to get 400 customized journals printed for a church youth group. The owner Jimmie is beyond kind, and the staff worked with me on every detail of my project. They made sure it was exactly how I wanted and made a proof for me to look over before the 400 got printed. I had made a few test copies of my 5.5 x 8.5 journal at Staples weeks before and the cost was 3 times the cost of what I paid at IMP. The quality at IMP was WAY better as well. I will never go anywhere else for my printing projects. Seriously. Use them. You will not be disappointed.

I wish that I could leave so many more stars for this company. They formatted and printed programs for my sons funeral in a matter of hours! The work was incredible, they were fast and helped us in a time where I did not know what I was doing. They took the information and created beautiful memories for our son. We could have never asked for a more positive experience! Thank you Jimmie and Sheryl from the bottom of my heart!!❤️

If I could triple the number of stars for this review, I truly would! The amazing team at IMP Nampa went out of their way last week for a rush order for a family funeral. Not only did they print the programs for us, but with just a picture and the information, they formatted the program just beautifully in a very short time. All I did was send the email with info and pick up the programs the very next morning! I know this turnaround time was outside of the usual and I can not express my thanks enough for the effort Jim and Sheryl and their team put into such an important keepsake for our family. I can not recommend their services enough, thank you!!

They bought Copies Plus in Nampa, my greeting card proofs became original jpegs when the company transfer happened and I had to pay set up fees over again. This is highly unfair and unprofessional. They should have gotten my proofs and copied from them. I was treated like a new customer not a repeat one. Bad service and copies sealed so no review to see if correct. Colors not right as well. Just poor quality and service. Beware.

I had an unexpected event for my non-profit come up and I desperately needed a banner made in a 3 day period. Every print company I called in the valley told me it would take 5-7 business days. When I called IMP and explained the situation to Jimmie he was so kind and said he'd see what he could do. He called me back 5 minutes later and said they could hurry and get it printed that night so it had time to dry and it would be ready the next day. I picked it up less than 24 hours from our initial call and it's PERFECT!!!I could not be happier with the service and professionalism from everyone I interacted with. Highly recommend this company for any printing needs.

I was referred here by a graphic designer that had used "Copies Plus" in the past. They were bought out by Minute Press. Let me just start by saying I DON'T usually leave reviews. I understand people are just trying to do their job and I would sayas a Gen Z, I give a lot of grace. That being said, Sheryl at the office is absolutely terrible. She is so rude and very hard to work with. I have never had someone be so disrespectful to me as a customer. Joshua was great and very helpful. I truly believe he did his best and was very apologetic when they were wrong.Long story short, I went in to get my wedding invitations printed. I had them print a couple samples from a template I purchased. When I picked the samples up, I spoke with Joshua. I told him I didn't know how to fix this, but the picture looked blurry (probably a high-resolution issue) and I wanted the print to be a more Terracotta color. I asked if there was any way he could login to the template I was using and edit the color/photo. He said that was fine. I sent an e-mail with all the information. Sheryl replied back and was very short and rude. She explained she would print one more test for free, but they need to charge after that (which I am 1000% okay with). She also explained Josh cannot help with design work or she will need to charge $60/hr. Whatever, I was irritated it wasn't communicated properly but I moved on. I work with Josh for a bit on these and finally found the one I loved. There were 2 samples, I wanted the pictures on one and the template/color on the other. He took notes and said he'd print accordingly.I went to pick them up and they were wrong. It takes me 35 minutes to get there, and I was already back home. I e-mailed and Sheryl said the prints were correct, she checked with Josh, and if I needed to re-print they would have to charge. I knew I had seen him take the correct notes, so I had her send them to me, she did... and like I had thought they were correct on his notes, but the prints were wrong. I ended up talking to Josh on the phone and he completely understood and fixed them. He said they had a tech come replace pieces on their printer and the color must've changed because of that. He sent me new samples via email. I said all looked great EXCEPT I wanted the white writing like on the original we had decided on. No reply. I had my friend pick them up today (because they're only open 8-4 and I live far out in Boise). The writing is black. My friend said someone told her (I'm pretty sure she wanted white writing, but she'll have to pay again if she wants them re-printed). What??? I call and Sheryl tells me that Joshua is out of town for 3 days but told me he couldn't change the writing. It's literally all in writing on my e-mail. She said he told me that verbally. That is incorrect. She again was absolutely horrible and told me she will not re-print again even though they're still incorrect. She even scoffed on the phone. I decided it's not worth the fight anymore and I'll just use these.Truly a terrible experience. I gave it 1 star because Josh was very sweet and fine to work with. Keep in mind before you print here.

Do not recommend.When my business tried to order it took them over a week sometimes to complete the project when it was 1 to 2 days at other places.Not to mention the prices have gone up drastically from Copies plus and we just aren’t here for that.
