So came to buy cigarettes this morning, there's this older lady that works there that I wished didn't. Everytime she's there it's like " Damn it" she has -0% custumer service in her.

"Sam" is a shining 10 stars.4 stars for the experience without her. She is such a kind person and I enjoy seeing her early in the mornings. Coffee is always ready, hot, and tastes great. She is consistent with a job well done.Though everyone has needs like time off, it does become a hit or miss on good coffee without her. I have learned which jacksons too go to though because its mostly always a good experience. Plus I'm offered free healthy food ? with the purchase of coffee.

Needless to say the store is not the same without The best employee Michell, she was always with a big smile and busy keeping up with the store and the fastest very good at what she did for your store now that she's no longer there I don't even want to go back she's the reason I went everyday very people person and the others just stand behind counter and don't even smile and super slow all but the one guy! Sad

Normally a very good place to go to but today made me mad was in line for over 30 minutes Dad one cuz stammer service representative up there and the line was full but I was literally the fourth person in line and stood in line for over 30 minutes due to the cashier that they have is super super super slow and she won't change the pace at all all the other people that work here are great except for this one cashier everytime expected take almost an hour in this gas station when this one gas station employee is working
