Bread is better than Subway.Meat on par with Blimpies.Prices are astronomical compared to even Jimmy John's.Toppings extremely limited. Why is mustard a forbidden condiment?Why are there no olives or peppers?Overall it is overrated. Therefore I will not go back just to have 6 staff stare at me while one does all the work to then pay $26 for 2 small subs and a cookie.Is this what New Jersey feels like?

Love Jersey Mike's! Always fresh and fast! Definitely get it Mike's Way! I see a lot of people talking about bad service, they must have fixed that issuebecause the guy tonight (3/11 at 730pm) was awesome! Greeted us, asked how our day was going and what we were up to, and was very fast and friendly.

I went to Jersey Mike's in Nampa last night for a couple sandwiches as my fiancé's job gave him a lot of coupons for buy one get one free sandwiches. It had been years since I had stepped foot in a jersey Mike's. I had been to A location in Washington State a few times before when I used to live there. I remember it being okay but it was never my first choice for sandwiches and I mainly went there when my parents wanted sandwiches from Jersey Mike's as they really like Jersey Mike's. I will say overall I was pleasantly surprised this experience. I was assisted immediately by an employee and he was very polite. I ordered 2 of the regular sized chipotle turkey subs to have one for dinner and another for lunch today since my fiancé didn't want a sub. They were very good and I was able to redeem my coupon without any issues ! The reason I took a couple stars off is that not all of the employees gave amazing service. The young gentleman who greeted me, took my order and also assisted ringing me up at the register was outstanding. He was working with 3 blonde young ladies. One of them I noticed in the background slicing meats. One packaging sandwiches for customers and handling any online to go orders and then there was one awkwardly standing around until the male employee asked her to add the toppings to my subs. She looks at me and says "you want it Mike's way, right?" Mind you, I'm not a regular customer of Jersey Mike's and I just started listing what I could see in front of me that I wanted on the subs much like you do at Subway and the like. She looked so confused and didn't start adding any of my toppings right away and said "oh so you don't want lettuce or onion on it?" Which I thought was kind of funny cause the lettuce container was completely empty .. I mean, I'm sure she could get some fresh lettuce from the back, but she was acting like it was right in front of her, and really, there's no need to grab any of that for me. It's just iceberg lettuce, which is the worst lettuce In my opinion- it has no actual nutrients and is just bland compared to darker lettuce like romaine and spinach. I really just wanted very minimal onions, some tomatoes, jalapeños, the cherry pepper relish, and avocado on it which is exactly what I told her and she put the toppings on but gave me a weird look for asking for those toppings of my choosing. What can I say, I like spicy and NO I don't want it Mike's way- I want it MY way! Like i said before, the sandwiches were very good, but perhaps i should just go to Burger King next time to have it my way with no judgmental looks for something as simple as sandwich topping choices.

Current shift hasn't been made aware that by putting off online orders, they're not angering just the customer they're making wait, but also the delivery driver that has come for their order.That's bad math.Online orders shouldn't get higher priority than in-person customers, but they shouldn't be bumped from the queue in place of them, either.Usually the managers are working alongside, though, which isn't happening right now.

First and very last time going to Jersey Mike's! The manager there is very rude, and has the personality of a wet mop. The staff doesn't listen to anything you say, told them three times no cheese, then had to point out it had cheese on it.Didn't put our food in a bag.... limited selection of sauce... Give me Subway any day!!!!

Pretty much a paired down Subway. Chicken meat is very salty. Bread was great but that does not make the entire sandwich. The menu is very unfriendly because it does not go into options and you need to ask for real details about adding or what you can have on a sandwich. In general I would not eat again at this restaurant.Parking: There are a total of 3 spots near the restaurant and very little even close by. Good luck.

I love their sandwiches! Amazing flavor. We come here quite often even though the customer service is horrible sometimes, especially at night time. We went in today at 8:28pm to order 2 sandwiches. When we walked through the doors the man who did the meats looked at us and threw a fit throwing things as hard as he could in the garbage. Made me uncomfortable to go order the actual sandwich. I asked how his day was to be nice and got hit with “fine, how many sandwiches”. We ordered and said thank you and got zero response and could feel the anger that we came 30 minutes before close. We also ordered a sandwich that has turkey, ham, and bacon and there was only 2 slices of ham. It is our regular sandwich that we always get and knew that wasn’t the amount they usually put, but was scared to say anything to make him more upset. We apologized to the lady saying we thought they closed at 10 and not 9 and she just stared at us rudely and was really rushing to get us out with her “yup”. The man who ordered before us apologized to the man doing the sandwiches and we heard him say that he was sorry if he made him mess up (we saw that he had to remake his sandwich) and the employee was not nice about it. Just completely ignored him. He almost dropped out cheese on the floor because of how fast he was trying to be. Just sad because we love the sandwiches usually! Just needs better training in customer service. Happier employees who smile… they were joking around and smiling when we left so it must of been us.
