I was charged over MSRP price, or adjusted market up value because everyone else is doing it. After some research some states are not charging the adjusted markup price, but here where i live and the surrounding area is. So, because i did not want to travel out of state to purchase a vehicle, i had to just pay the ramson with this dealership. I felt this was a very poor way of doing business. I would have been super happy if i had just paid the MSRP price and my conversation with friends and family would have been worded differently, but that was not the case. I was also forced to purchase additional optional accessories i did not want or order. When i tried to refuse the accessories, they said it was take it or leave it, dealer stated they had 3 other people waiting who would buy the vehicle right away as it was with the accessories. Many would argue that the fault would lie on me for purchasing the vehicle anyways, but as it was, i have been waiting over 10months for this vehicle to come in since i ordered it summer of last year. I needed and wanted this vehicle and i didn't want to wait another 10 months to order thru another dealership. My salesman Allen was great to deal with. He was the only one that made this car buying experience pleasant. I don't want to knock down the entire dealership as whole, as there are some people who are willing to help. The general manager and finance depts were the only ones i had issues with. In the end after the smoke clears, i am very happy with my new vehicle, just wish the business transaction was smoother and more pleasant.

Customer service is good, but there is no follow-up when they promise to call you or complete the work. You have to call and wait a very long time on the phone to get a hold of someone. Expect to be there for a while when you take your car for service.

We ordered a Kia Telluride back in March 2022. After not hearing anything for months (no updates, etc.) and after multiple attempts of trying to get someone to communicate with us, we finally received a phone call in November telling that our 2022 order had been scrapped and we must order a 2023 Telluride. Frustrated but understanding there is a microchip shortage, we did so and were sent another quote.I then sent an email asking three simple questions. No response. My wife and I sent repeated text messages. Either we received no response or we told, "I need to talk to the ladies in the office." I called the dealership and asked to speak to the manager--and was told that the salesperson with poor communication skills would get back to me. The only communication I received was a quote for a vehicle I did not order. With a $1,000 deposit and no communication, my wife and I are frustrated with the lack of business acumen and professionalism. At this point we plan on asking for a refund a will look elsewhere.

I went to Kendall Kia about a year ago because my A/C system in my 2013 Kia Optima stopped working. I had my A/C system diagnosed and was told it was a bad A/C compressor. I replaced the A/C compressor and condenser myself. The A/C worked great for a couple weeks then it started blowing warm air again. For the next few weeks it would work off and on but mostly blew warm air after the car was running. This was especially noticeable when it was warm or hot out. I brought my car to Kendall and was told since the compressor and condenser wasn't replaced with Kia parts it caused the failure. On 2/8/22 I spent $1,348.98 to have a new A/C compressor and condenser put on my car. I picked up my car and the A/C worked great. However, after a few weeks, I had the same issue when I replaced the A/C system. It would work sometimes but not all the time. I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. I dropped my car off 4/19/22 and was told that it works fine but that my cabin air filter was getting sucked into the blower motor and it caused the A/C to not work properly. I spent $51.50 on a new filter and was told the A/C system worked great. After I got back from a trip, I picked up the car and the A/C was still not working. I brought my car back to Kendall on 5/19/22 to have the system looked at again. I was now told that the A/C is low on refrigerant and that half of the refrigerant was gone. The car needed to have new A/C lines put on since there was contact with the body. Kendall comped this expense since it wasn't originally an issue or diagnosed properly. After that appointment, the A/C seemed to work for a couple weeks and then stopped working again. I'm starting to think the original A/C compressor, condenser, and the other components were not the issue as I keep having these problems on and off. I went back to Kendall on 12/12/22 and was told once again the AC works great. I picked up the car and the A/C does not work. I even purchased a laser thermometer and it was reading 70 degrees with A/C on max. I’m not sure why it works off and on and why Kendall can't get to the bottom of this. I understand intermittent issues are hard to diagnose but it seems like every time a new compressor or system gets charged it works for only a couple weeks then stops working. I'm tired of bringing my car to Kendall every couple months just to have them say it works great. I'm scheduled for January 24th to have the system looked at again. The A/C only blows at 70 degrees when it’s 12 degrees out. I don't need AC right now but I only get a one year warranty on the parts. Kendall can’t seem to find the issue so I’m not sure why I spent the original $1348,98. At this point I would just like a refund and have it look at somewhere else.

Zero respect for their customers. I ordered a 2022 Kia Telluride back in January of 22'(yes, there are supply chain shortages, I get it). I was told I was 25th in line and I would see my vehicle in August or September. In May, I called for an update and was told the same thing. Come July, I called and asked for an update just to be told my salesman was no longer there and I was 21st on the list and they had no idea when I would be getting my vehicle. At this point, I went in to talk to a manager because that should be impossible as they were getting 2-3 tellurides in per month. This is where I get frustrated, the floor manager tried telling me I was not 21st and the sales person I talked to was wrong, I was 16th. He then gave me his number and said reach out if I had issues. I had some follow up questions a few days later, no response from the guy. I came in and talked to the GM and found out that I was in fact, still 21st on the list and the floor manager had lied(nothing was done and the manager wasn't even spoken to about it).In September I went in to cancel my order and I was told that I would see a check in the mail by the end of the week. End of the week came, no check. Called the dealership and it was just sitting on someone's desk. Talked to the GM again, he said he would mail it to me the next day. Two weeks later, no check. Called him again, it was STILL on his desk. This dealership does not care about you, your family, or getting repeat customers. They want to take advantage of the markups and get as many people locked in before the supply chain issues were resolved. Stay away

Kendall KIA rocks in every way. They are always thorough when inspecting my vehicle. They always suggest things ahead of time so I can keep on top of repairs and also have time to budget for repairs. They always do everything possible to save me money on services, through extended warranty and through any other means. They are very quick and efficient. Also, their sales team is amazing and works very hard to get you the vehicle you want and that fits your budget. Thank you to all of you!! :)

Went to Kendall Kia for an oil/filter change for my 2021 Kia Seltos SX. Service advisor was courteous, prompt and professional. Facilities were excellent and car was returned within the hour. Advisor gave me a veteran discount which I appreciated. Will definitely return to Kendall Kia for future service on this vehicle. Highly recommend Kendall Kia in Nampa, Idaho!

The staff and service are incredible. Martin always goes above and beyond with every service. Unfortunately, I’ve had to bring the car in more than a few times lately but Martin has been so incredibly helpful.

I came in ready to buy and the Sells Rep, Andrew, did an amazing job helping us choose our car out. He was well in communicating while our finances was being done. Was very distributive about the loan docs and all that fun stuff. It was super quick in and out. We waited just about 1 hour including test driving the Kia. And we were really happy satisfied customers. Defiantly recommend y’all getting your next new our used car at Kendall of Nampa!

Scott Larsen was my Sales Agent. Sam was my finance agent. I stepped on to the lot as cars were being unloaded. Scott approached me, went over the make model and benefits of purchasing the car of my interest. I had already done my research on the car and financing, secured availability for Kendal to finance me through my credit union. They never hit my credit other than once as expected, and because I’m rebuilding my credit from hard times that was exactly what I requested. Scott took my numbers to finance and 1 hour 10 minutes from stepping on to the lot, I drove off with approval to purchase.Because it had only 3 miles on it safety checks and inspection were needed and window tinting. I now have my car. I love it! Both Sam and Scott did follow up calls and email to insure my satisfaction. Never had dealings with Kendal before but if all representatives treat people as I was I would go no where else. My family we’re dealership owners for 60 plus years in Idaho. I remember integrity honesty and follow through with customers was utmost importance! Kendal employees Scott and Sam treated me like my family would have.

If you buy a Kia from here and have issues, be prepared for over a 2 month wait to get it looked at. I am having issues with my breaks on my brand new Kia. When I asked if I could get warranty work done else where I was told no. Good thing my car’s still drivable otherwise I would be SOL.

I went to see about trading in my car for a new Kia. When i asked them to assess the value of my vehicle they changed the oil without my permission and charged me $127. They also failed to give me any information on the trade in value of my car. I will not be returning.

Can't say enough great things about this dealer. Typically buying a vehicle new or used can be stressful but these guys are transparent, charge at msrp and make the process a breeze. I wanted to get a used car but used cars costing as much as new cars these days I decided to buy new. Hard part is trying to find a dealer that can charge at msrp, most places in SoCal they're charging 4-8k over with dealer "options" add-ons...ridiculous. we called them and they honored this, worked with me over the phone with the final numbers to get my SUV.... I'm so grateful for them... big thanks Steven M, Nathan and Angela!

buying a new car after an accident( car was totaled 2017 Kia Soul) with a insurance settlement is a whole different situation especially when you don't have the $$ yet! to the rescue: KENDALL KIA in Nampa, idaho! If I could give 100 stars I would! JUSTIN was my salesman. ZERO "car dance", ZERO BS, super patient, explained everything, all possibilities for purchase. All options shown (bottom line) on a computer screen in front of you sitting at the desk. I decided on my best option; said I had to do some figuring at home & would let him know. Called 3 hrs later and said I'd take it. MIKE sales manager ( who is actually on the sales floor and accessible and I actually talked with him too!) said he'd pull the car! Next day went in, and in about an hour , I owned a new Kia car! HONEST, up front, and they work with you... sooo important! suggest you see them for your next GM/Kia car. ask for JUSTIN; they're the BEST! (ps... this is the short story of a bad situation on several fronts but with a wonderful ending! ....:))...)
