At first coming here was okay. I never got to officially meet the on site manager when I first got the unit(I had used the online method). But finally after getting to meet her, Shelly she was so easy to talk to. She has such a wonderful personality and is super funny. I love storing my stuff here because its affordable and 24hr accessible. However I did notice that when I tried an 1hr ago to get in, my code wasnt working. My account is paid and up to date so I dont get it? Right as i was leaving I noticed a name change? Its no longer Store local its storage star? So if I never got any email with my new code;; what am I supposed to do now?

Abby was fantastic — the system, not so much.
Let me start with the positive: Abby was great — patient, professional, and the only reason I didn’t walk away frustrated. She deserves 5 stars on her own.
Now the rest: the online system is clunky and misleading. You can’t pick your unit, it doesn’t explain what you’re actually getting, and there’s no clear breakdown of fees. What looks like a simple $XX/month price balloons fast once you’re hit with insurance (mandatory unless you call — not waivable online), an admin fee, and unclear terms.
No transparency on how to opt out of extras like insurance. No way to waive it on the website, which feels intentional. You’re forced to call and wait on hold to get the real info — which defeats the point of “online convenience.”
Bottom line: If you're going with this place, call Abby directly — don’t trust the website to give you the full story.

This place is insane. I just spent an entire work week filling a 12'x45' unit with inventory for my store. I leave some items outside the unit and received an email warning with a deadline to remove them. Further action may be required it said. So I remove the items within the allotted time and come back the next day to find myself locked out with my lease terminated. They are giving me 5 days to empty and vacate. Unbelievable. The onsite manager was incredibly rude and had to change her story 3 times before she stomped off. Clearly this situation is a lot harder on her than it is on me. Well they kicked me out so I can't go back but I wouldn't stay even if they let me. Zero stars. This is not a place you want to store your stuff

Very friendly manager felt warm and inviting and there was a small wait but it was comfortable cuz there was snacks available and beverage of choice of coffee cider or hot chocolate

Site is nice and staff is like family. Been renting for 2 years. Had 2 spaces and went to one after we had water leaks in the until. In 2 years my monthly rent has doubled hence the 4 stars. Local staff does not do the rate changes. Maybe DOGE needs to look at corporate.

I'm 72 years old and even though I have purchased untold thousands of dollars from the internet, I written a grand total of 4 or 5 reviews in my life. The quality of service was so above and beyond I felt I had to break down and write another one. For over 40 years we have used several storage facilities in 2 different states to store our RV and home goods. Everything about this place was top rate. Super clean, very secure and the 24 hour access was a huge convenience for us. Debbie, I assume the manager, was very helpful and a true sweetheart. Now here's the part that blew me away. We had our RV stored there for several months and then sold it but forgot to call and cancel until about a month or so later. When I finally called I just mentioned in passing that I had sold it a month earlier. She actually gave me credit for one full month...I wouldn't even have thought about asking...I'm still speechless...

I just want to thank Debbie. The manager for her hard work, professionalism and dedication to keeping our facility clean as a tenant being here? I have noticed Debbie, takes her job very serious and cares about the clients or renters, she does take the time to ask how they are doing and to get to know them. I do appreciate that about her. As well and a willingness to go the extra mile for the clients or renters to see if everything is doing well on the premises. So great job, debbie, keep up the good work!!!!😀

Great storage facility, VERY clean, secure, nice location, good pricing. Best part is Debbie the very nice lady that runs the office. She is so sweet and so hard working. She really makes sure the grounds are up to par, the office clean and neat and the bathroom spotless. Every time we come in to our unit Debbie always asks how we are, if there’s anything we need, offers us coffee or water and always makes sure our littles get some cookies. Thanks Debbie your doing an amazing job!
