I wish Barger didn't sell out to LKQ Keystone. There once was good service but ever since the buyout there has never been anything good. I love a company that provides top notch customer service but this company fails on so many levels. Waiting in line for 45 minutes for 3 service reps to help 1 customer, or being told the part will be delivered by Friday evening and it doesn't show up till Monday afternoon. It's great that LKQ is the largest used parts distributor in the U.S. but they are far from the best and will never be if they don't figure out the service aspect.
