It's exactly like Home Depot but everything is blue. Also I'm not of fan that the toilets are in the middle of the store right in front of everyone! NO PRIVACY! and they don't even flush, I don't think that they are very sanitary. Minus 2 stars for that.

Came to exchange my klien tools for warranty replacements like I've done for years at home depot... called and was informed they did the warranty replacement then when I came to store was again told just get the items to replace them and then when I returned to the register was told they don't replace klien tools.. what a joke and waste of my time. Crazy to think the other lowes I went to completed my replacement. They just didn't want to do their jobs.

Lowe's store in nampa has lots of outdoor and garden needs. Probably my only issue is that parking is super tight for a pickup truck w/ very tight turns and corners in/out of this location.

Lowe's is great. However tonight at the customer service desk Wendy was incredibly rude. We walked up to ask a question and she was with another lady. The other lady asked if we needed help we asked our question she answered it and as I was about to ask another question Wendy ignored me and started to talk about whatever it was they were talking about before we were asked if we needed help. I stood there for another minute and she completely ignored us. Very rude Wendy, tisk tisk.

I will never buy anything from this store again that requires delivery. They make outrages time frames 8am-8pm then schedule 4 hour window the night before 12pm-4pm. Attempted twice to change to any day after 4 pm with customer service who were horrible and could not provide any solution other than another day between 8am and 8 pm. Then don’t even stick to the 12 pm-4pm time they sent the night before and deliver @0931 outside. Hopefully item still there when arrive home in 7 hours. This store is horrible with their customer service.

Its a Lowes. I was shocked at how blown up Outside Lawn & Garden was though. Plants looked sad and I'm not sure which rocket scientist ASM or Store manager thought putting fake plants on live nursery tables was a good idea, but please, have your heart examined and then demote yourself to cart hauler.

Why Lowes? Why on a Sunday afternoon would you have only self check out and one cashier way down in Lumber working the registers? This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this in the weekend either. Ridiculous customer service or the lack thereof when I have to wait in a line at least 6 deep so that I can check myself out.
