I've been coming here for years and am enraged that they have now introduced a fee for the email service. In what realm does it make sense to charge a dollar just to send someone an email? Will never be coming back

What great service at this business. A minor mistake yesterday could have delayed my package many days, but they caught it and called me right away. They were able to facilitate changing the carrier of my package seamlessly. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Thanks so much!

Just left after bringing in a large table that needed to be shipped. Other shipping places weren't confident that they could package it, and they would charge me way more. But here the expert Kathy is a wizard with her boxes and tape! She packaged it up solid, and saved me time and money to get it all done! All the staff were amazing and so friendly, someday I'm gonna just come over to hang out with them. Thank you for your help!

Good service but they charge me the minutes I was using the computer, I understand that that's how business runs. But the owner or manager I don't know who it was she was going to help me print and so she send it to the wrong printer and then papers didn't came out so the printer that it's next to the computer wouldn't work so it took a little longer for them to figure out what was wrong so this whole time the minutes were running.. such a bummer but any ways I got done what I needed.

I love this shop for mailing ~ everything I send, no matter how large, gets to wherever it’s headed (even cross country!) in a day or two. I also bring my shredding here and they sell scrumptious “blondies!”

I have never before had such a pleasant shipping experience! I came in with ten - yes TEN - packages I needed to ship and was handled so gracefully. I find myself looking for excuses to ship things so I can go back! Such a great, local asset.

These ladies are amazing. I walked in the door Saturday not realizing that they should be closed. They never mentioned anything about that and proceeded to help me. I needed a lot of help to get my package out. They did an amazing job with a smile on their face the whole time. If you have a package to send highly recommend this business!

This place is deserving of 6 stars… Whole staff, from beginning to end of visit, was/is very good at what they do. This location has to be giving large corporate owned competitors a run for their money.I didn’t know I was getting bad service or hosed on rates until I tried this place… I literally came in with the most ‘unwrappable’ items, figured it’d cost me a ‘leg and arm’. It ended being a 1/3 of the cost of competitor stores and wrapped in the most economical way without damaging merchandise… with better, quicker, and friendlier service!No brainer!
