My main contact was Tess, and she worked with me on drawings to see how they would fit in this room. She stayed on top of the schedule and kept me informed along the way. She also connected us with Cj’s Assembly for installation. They were fantastic.
I received emails that told me what to expect about delivery, And I would highly recommend the white glove service. I didn’t realize this as a time of delivery, but I should have asked them to keep each bed separate when they brought them in. The final mile delivery company hauled away all the packaging, which was really nice. And the two delivery guys were professional, polite, and accommodating..
