I tried to use my pin to get on to my account and for some reason they allowed for my husband to change the password when I'm the primary account holder, they did not call me to verify if he was allowed on the account...they asked him for my birthday date and he was able to get onto my account without my password...now I cant even pay my phone will online because I don't know what the password is..that's some shitty service!!!!

The “employees” here are hit n miss. I’ve had 2 helpful employees and everyone else looks like a deer in headlights or has attitude that needs a major adjustment AND can’t and won’t help their customers. Same with the Garrity location. Absolutely pathetic service.

If it were possible to rate this store lower I would, going into the store and dealing with the disrespect from Maria, dealing with a small customer service issue that she caused and she was being extremely rude to not only us but to the person over the phone that was trying to guide her to correct the problem this is very poor behavior from someone who is supposed to be working in a customer service field.

Never coming here again. So unprofessional! Maria is the worst associate I have ever met. So rude and disrespectful. Doesn't care if she doesn't do her job right. I will be reporting her to the Store Manager once he is back from vacation! Also the assistant manager Valentin is not helpful what so ever just stuck on his phone doesn't care that a customer needs help.

Worst customer service ever! The two sisters are more worries about talking to each other then setting up our phones properly! I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR A PHONE OR A PLAN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! MARIA is very rude and disrespectful. MARIA AND THE ASSISTANT MANAGER VALENTIN ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

They are willing to sell you a 50$ phone case and not say a single word that you can't bring it back if something is wrong with it and that the sale if final I haven't even had my phone case for 2 weeks and still won't replace it and on top of it they left finger prints on the back side of my screen protector

I coming to this store. Today I'm trying to switch my line for boost mobile. But the guys in service don't want help me. Is like 3.40 pm I felling like it is racism. And they don't want bring me service. Then I ask for one phone he want charge me more the price it is.and also I don't have line and I don't drive so I ask him please give me the wifi for request my uber. And he say 20 dollars bill nothing in this life is free. I feeling like he discriminate me. It is no place to Latinos. If the owner see this check your cameras 12/28/23 tiem is like 3.30 pm _3.45

Not good at all. I'm still not sure what was going on there but it was pretty sketchy. I felt like the guy must've been inebriated......he kept asking me the same question over and over....I kept telling him, yes, that's what I want. He asked me again in a different way, i told him yes, so what do I need to do. Then he said i should go to BestBuy. I said ok. Then he said I'd have to come back next week because their machines have been down for days and wanted me to pay him in cash. Meanwhile his buddy at the counter is laughing.....I told him I'd just come back. So he repeats that to me like 3 or 4 times. During this exchange of water that was, he would also just stare at me.... I honestly have no idea what was going on there but it definitely wasnt professional business....I wont ever go back there.
