I have banked here for many years. I only use the drive-through or go into the bank when I have no other choice as their people are annoying. And five of the last six times I have attempted to use the ATM at this location either it didn't work at all (3 times) or I was unable to even get a receipt for my transaction. And all of these problems occurred during normal business hours.It seems like one of the first things that happens when a business is having financial difficulty is that they cut back on maintenance. Is that what is happening here - there's no room in the budget to keep the machines working? If that isn't the case then, if you are going to offer an ATM, please make sure it actually works!

I am appalled at how far MWB has slipped in customer service. I chose this bank to open accounts after moving back in the area bc I worked for MWB in the past. It took 5 mins before someone even acknowledged my presence in the bank. I then waited 25mins for Jocelyn to open an account for me I didn’t see her one time only talked to a teller, however I could hear loud conversations in the back room that were NOTHING about banking! I got up and told the teller I was going elsewhere and she said sorry we are short staffed. Which is understandable however if your short staffed your priority should be customers not personal conversations in the break room, also as I was walking out the door the teller said something totally snarky that I would not repeat (it was the blond big girl teller) how awful!!! Mountain west bank’s customer service has gone way down hill I would never recommend Anyone to this branch!! I then went to cap Ed and in less than 20 mins opened 3 (a personal checking a business checking and a savings account)and was out the door!! (And I will be getting a car loan with them as well) I sure hope you guys do better this is totally unacceptable for a bank that prides itself on customer service. You lost my business for good and I will be sure to tell others of my experience at this branch.

New customer. It's more of a human experience talking to everyone at this bank so far. Knowledgeable, caring and understanding. Sometimes it's easy to follow the prompts for easy issues. When the easy issue got complicated because of an error not on their part, but mine, the two wonderful ladies I have spoke to at the bank are worth more than their wage....Hint hint. Lol. Thanks for treating me like an old regular customer even though I'm new.

The staff at Moutain West Mountain Bank are very friendly and try to help answer most financial questions when you visit.I visited Mountain West Bank on 12th Ave once before. Unifortunately I havent had a chance to work with this bank much but in my opinion it's seems like an Excellent plaće to do business with.??

There free checking with no overdraft is a scam they don't consider auto bill pay Overdrafting $75 later in fees for a $15 overdraft paid them off close my account the same day.

If the tellers weren't so outstanding I would probably bank elsewhere. I wish I could give separate ratings based on the staff members. For example, Dee is amazing. She earns five stars every single time I go into this location. She's my favorite teller and she knows me by name the second I walk in the door. She displays excellent customer service, and she's always willing to go the extra mile. It's the back room staff that bring the overall rating down.

I just had a baby and had to take more time off work than expected. This caused a bit of a snowball with bills and overdrafts. I called them to see if there was anything we could work out as my situation was temporary. Sure enough, they pulled through. I know it wasn't much but it meant a lot to me. Not a lot of banks would do that for someone. I've referred them in the past and they'll continue to have my loyalty because of things like this. The little things.
