The new building offers a cozy, beautiful environment with features like a balcony for studying, separate levels for children, tweens, teens, and adults, and a local history corner with murals and newspapers. It provides clean, quiet study spaces, and hosts a variety of workshops and events, making it a great place to learn, relax, or hang out. There are fun areas for kids, including play zones, computer games, and LEGO displays, as well as arts and crafts classes. The library also has convenient automated checkout and curbside pickup options. Staff are generally friendly, and the library offers a good selection of books, movies, and print services. Visitors appreciate the family bathrooms and the overall clean and family-friendly environment. However, some find the book selection limited or have experienced slow customer service at times. Overall, Nampa Public Library is valued as a cozy, engaging, and resourceful place for the community.

I think this is a great library. One of the best and ONLY places to hang out with my clients in Nampa. Giving 4/5 stars because there are some Librarians that have zero customer service skills and make you feel belittled when you talk to them.
