Was getting my oil change done for the last 3 years have the maintenance plan and never paid anything for the oil change or disposal. Came in today got my oil change done and the guy goes there is $2.88 charge for oil disposal. After telling him I never paid for it he stated u always paid for it. I have all the receipts from the time I purchased the truck I never did until today.As far as I know will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to update my review, the main manager Mert took care of all of our needs. Got is the bumper we needed to and went above and beyond my expectations and even gave us a partial refund on our oil change! I am glad to see that he cares about his business and make sure his customers are happy!

Took my car in for a recall and all they tried to do was up sell me on all the other fixes my car needed. My car was taken into my mechanic 2 weeks prior and replaced the spark plugs. Peterson recommended that I replace spark plugs along with a laundry list of other very high priced fixes. Mechanics work on commission and not what clients actually need. Take your car into Dowtys if you want great value

My Ram Eco Diesel encountered some issues and Cayle took exceptional care to educate me and talk me through the options available to me. Cayle was patient and went over the top to coordinate the repair time around my crazy schedule. I can't imagine getting a better experience anywhere else, and certainly rate Cayle as a real 5 star gem!Thank you

Definitely not quick lube any more. Used to be but no more. Also no more courtesy wash. Have to ask for it. LOF ONLY. Almost 2 hours with one car ahead of me

dont buy from this dealership if you have a "thick accent". its going to be an issue with them. had someone called us that we needed to call our bank because of some check issues. i asked who did you talk to? amanda answered: "oh i wasnt able to get the name of that person from your bank becasue she had a very thick accent"... seriously? they had an accent so you didnt bother to at least ask how to spell their name so you can tell me who in my bank talked to you? i still called my bank. it turned out that peterson have the title and the cleared check and really didnt had any issues at all. fyi: amanda insisted that same check in on its way back to the dealership from my bank because apparently we dont have a record/ account from our bank whom we have been having good business with for decades now...that same check that she said is on her table cleared already with the title.i would understand if there was a mix up but you should not give a lame excuse as low as you blaming someone forhaving a thick accent. thats borderline racist. btw, my bank: i dont know who peterson talked to but i dont think we have someone here with a "thick accent".

Came in for an oil change at 9:20 am and told it might be up to 4 hours to complete. Ok well we drove all the way out there might as well just get it done. The young man that checked us in didn't get our name or ask what kind of oil we wanted but took the phone number so I thought maybe a text or call as it went in was how they did things as this was our first time here. After about 4 and a half hours I recieve a text saying the inspection was done and in the middle of trying to read that I got a phone call from Ken the service manager telling me the air filter needed changed, pretty standard, then he said the left tie rod end needed replaced, at a whoping 304 dollars and an oil leak that needs further dianostics. Well I have had no evidence of any oil leaks in the time I have owned the vehicle so that sounded fishy. So I told him we would look into it . He said ok you are just about finished we will bring it around in a few minutes. About 20 minutes past and my wife asked me isn't that our jeep out there? Sure enough it was. No one came to get us, (we were in service waiting room), no text or call to say it is ready. We finally walked over to the lube shop to see if we could take our jeep and of course pay. The poor kid at the desk had no clue and had to search through the paperwork to find us. He seemed befuddled that we had been waiting so long since the jeep was finished. After paying for the oil change we drove straight to where we had our shocks and struts replaced and asked them to look at the tie rod end, yep just fine he said. So we won't go back to Peterson's again. Slow, and trying to scam us for more money down the road. My uncle worked for Peterson's for years he would be rolling in his grave to find out about this mistreatment of customers.

I have gone to Peterson Dodge for most of the service requirements for my Hellcat Redeye. My last experience with them was so terrible, cannot keep quiet.I shipped summer tires to them. They accepted the order, and placed the tires on the car. The car was not driven for a month. During this time, I kept noticing a tire was low on air. I changed the valve stem, didn't fix it. Then I started driving the car, and that's when the air pressure really started to drop.took it to the local tire shop, because the dealership was closed. I watched as they ran the tire under the bath, and eventually, carefully removed the wheel.Imagine my horror when I saw the damage done to the tire by the dealership. The beading was destroyed while the wheel was placed. There was no one else who changed the wheels, or could have done said damage.I reached out to the dealership. They did not take responsibility. They argued and fought. It took three managers, two with hellcats, to approve a new tire.Initially, they tried to offer a tire that was cheaper than the one I bought.When they did finally agree to purchase a MATCHING tire, they asked me not to come back. They refused to mount the tire. Mind, the entirety of this discussion was polite. It was a mind blowing, crotch shot I didn't see coming. I'm frustrated with how I was treated, especially by people with the same vehicle, as well as the fact they LET my car leave THEIR shop in this condition. They jeopardized my car and my safety.

Stay as far as you possibly can! Worst dealership I have come across ! Spent 90k and within a week 2 mechanical failures , I ask if I could do a buy back on my old truck since the deal wasn't even complete yet ! I of course get a great big no! So now I'm stuck with a broken truck and a dealer that could care less ! After all these years of dealers I can definitely sat this was by far the worst!
