I am so angry I called this morning at 9 o’clock needing the quickest company they could tow my car because I have to get it fixed today I called at 9 o’clock. The guy tells me half an hour. It’ll be where it needs to be an hour and a half later I call back Because I still don’t have my car and was told something else had come up so they would be picking my car up in half an hour and have it out to me. It’s now been two more hours. I still don’t have my car no one is even had the courtesy to call and tell me anything and the guy that I paid to fix my car has now left after waiting 2 1/2 hours , absolutely ridiculous

Worst experience. The guy I talked to on the phone was nice but the driver who came and towed my vehicle had the worst customer service. He made an already stressful moment into a even more stressful moment. He was rude, inconsiderate and threatened to hook up and take my car even when it wasn’t hooked up. I heard this company was a good company to work with, turns out there driver is not.I would never recommend this company to anyone if they need there car towed.

Our car slid off the road this morning and ended up with the left front wheel suspended in a concrete irrigation ditch adjacent to the roadway. The car had not sustained any body damage, but the underside of the car was resting on the edge of the concrete irrigation ditch, and the slightest movement one way or the other was almost certain to dent the metal. QuickTow & Recovery got the car out without a scratch. The skill of the operator was truly amazing. A five star rating for this company is well deserved. I could not have been more pleased with the service.
