After being treated horribly for the meds I needed to treat chronic pain by a giant chain pharmacy, I decided I needed the small down feel where *maybe* I’d been seen as a human. Reddish is just that!! From the pharmacists to the technicians, I have been treated with so much dignity and respect. Thank you making your customers feel heard and seen!

I wish I would have got the name of the lady that proceeded to assume a diagnosis while I was sent here to fill a prescription by my Doctor. The fact that she thought it was okay to use mega phone voice tone with me like I was impaired is beyond me. Won’t be returning & hopefully she won’t insult other patients when all they are trying to do is fill a prescription.

I've been using Reddish for years. They've gone above and beyond several times for us. There were a couple of times they didn't have the particular medication we needed and stayed late to try and find it somewhere in the valley, and have always come through.

I’m so grateful to have this family owned pharmacy in our community! Kevin and his staff have gone above and beyond for our family’s pharmacy needs more times than I can count. When we’ve been anxious about getting the right medications for our sick kids, they have always helped right away and offered that personal, compassionate touch. That’s a big deal for worried parents! Not only that, but our elderly homebound parents have their medications hand delivered to their door weekly at no cost by Reddish Pharmacy! That’s a big deal for adult kids! What a blessing Reddish Pharmacy is to our family and the city of Nampa! Customers for life!

I love the family feel of Reddish Pharmacy. We have used them for 8 plus years. They have helped me on several occasions get the best price possible on the medication insurance doesn't always cover. My kids love to go with me to visit the gumball machine.

Though I am family of the owners of Reddish Pharmacy I am also a customer. My heart is in two places while writing this review both as a sister in law and as a customer and yet I find that my feelings of anger, sadness, dismay, and extreme protection for Kevin Reddish (and Adete) are one in the same. As his sister in law I am hurting for him at the false and cruel claims against him and his business due to another’s words but also as a customer that suffers with chronic illness and pain I have so many of these feelings because Reddish Pharmacy is THE BEST place to fill all of your prescriptions. You get a hometown personal feel that you don’t get with a chain and you have staff that genuinely care about you. Questions are answered, extreme care is taken with watching out for possible drug interactions, and respect and privacy is ALWAYS shown. I know Kevin takes the treatment of his customers seriously and with great pride. Don’t let the ignorant words of another (especially one who no longer works for Kevin) who has the right to free speech make you think less of this man or pharmacy.

Regarding the previous one star reviews, this pharmacist has not worked at Reddish for years! This is social media at its finest. I, too, am a pharmacist though I have not worked for Reddish. The pharmacist referred to in those reviews did absolutely nothing but state what is legally valid. She should NOT be shamed for her honesty. It looks like none of these one star reviewers are even from Idaho...Let's not bash a locally owned pharmacy because a previous employee chooses to vocally state that her intent is to legally dispense controlled substances.

Pandering to an organization that wants to abolish the DEA and all pharmacy oversight for unencumbered access to narcotic by throwing a good pharmacist under the bus was a poor choice. Every patient from my time at Reddish knows I took time and care with every single one of them. I have never discriminated nor harassed any patient over their medications, never been accused of it, and have a pristine record. During my time at Reddish I took care of the MediSet program to ensure our at-risk patients could keep track of their medications and not worry about any changes in therapy. I coordinated with providers for cost saving alternatives to make sure my patients could afford to stay well, and I also made every effort to check in to make sure there wasn’t anything more I could do for them. I, along with an intern, started the smoking cessation program from nothing when pharmacists were first able to prescribe Chantix and bupropion. This not only benefited patients, but also Kevin since every prescription I billed made a profit. I also handled the Outcomes and TIPS processing which hadn’t been touched in over a year when I got there. I earned Kevin $10-$50 with each completed task and caught him up after being non-compliant for a long time. When I got married in 2017 I received cards, gifts, and well wishes from several patients. I set up a Thanksgiving dinner raffle, bought and organized the entire thing, and gave away a huge prize to a family that wouldn’t have had a Thanksgiving otherwise. I celebrated Pharmacy Week with staff, bought everyone gifts, organized raffles and giveaways, set up free blood pressure checks, and much more to engage the public interest in pharmacy. I can tolerate separating yourself from a pharmacist that has nothing to do with your business in an effort to avoid these militant individuals. What I will not tolerate is slandering my reputation and pretending I was a bad employee when I was the best pharmacist and my patients loved me. Please reconsider your tone when addressing my time at Reddish in the future.

My family has been going to Reddish for well over a decade now, and we are always met with over the top service. All of the employees here have gone out of their way to help me have the smoothest transaction possible so I can go about my day. I would recommend anybody looking for a new pharmacy to Reddish. They are a family-owned, local business who represent everything good about Idaho.

I have known the owners of this business (one of whom is a pharmacist there) for more than 20 years. This family is one of the most caring, compassionate, and understanding I’ve ever had the pleasure of associating with and they carry that through to their business as well. They are a true example of service to others and go above and beyond what is the norm to care for their customers & community. In an age of “big box” everything, their entire staff strives to maintain personal relationships with their customerswhile they do everything they can to keep prices competitive with the chain stores.

One of the kindest family owned pharmacies you will come across! Family owned and ran and you can tell by the love you feel when you go into their space. I have personally witnessed one of their staff researching on the spot when a customer was unsure why a prescription was a different cost than normal. They didn't just say "that's how much it is." They went out of their way to explain with the new insurance how they covered things. You don't find that at one of your large pharmaceutical businesses. They show their customers they care and are appreciated and not just another number.

If you are here to write a review based on a Tik Tok you need to know the facts. The lady that made the Tik Tok has not worked here since 2016 and when she did work there it was for a short time. The family that runs this business could not be a more caring family. They deserve all the business in the world.During times like this we should not attack small businesses but support and love them, especially if we do not know all of the facts.Reddish Pharmacy is wonderful ?

My family and I have utilized the services of Reddish Pharmacy for years. There is a quality of service provided by a locally-owned pharmacy the big box stores cannot match. Kevin Reddish deeply cares for those he serves and provides an exceptional service to our community. Kevin has gone the extra mile for my family more than once- dropping off needed prescriptions for sick kids to my home, curbside pickup during the pandemic, and providing impossible-to-get hand sanitizer for my therapy practice.
