Love this pharmacy! They always go above and beyond for me and my friends and family. They have a tough job and have always made time and helped me navigate issues with my insurance.

I was in recently to pick up meds and drop off expired ones in thé disposable. . As in the past thé med tech Johanna and thé pharmacist Ryan were helpful, personable and engaging. They made my day! Thanks Johanna and Ryan!

This place has gotten some rough reviews, which I don't understand. My experience here has been great since moving from the inept Walgreen's across the street. Fast service, fair prices, and open Sunday!

The ones that work there are rude. If they don't like their jobs get another one. The one farther down on 12th by downtown has better customer service but long lines

Pharmacy Tech Kelly helped me transfer my prescriptions over easily and quickly from another pharmacy and she was super friendly and helpful. I'll have my prescriptions in one business day which is super nice, and she even made sure to get me a good rx coupon to make it cheaper for me which was very thoughtful! I love that they use that program here. Excited to use them as my pharmacy!

So many grumpy "Elderly" people writing reviews! This pharmacy seems to be cheaper than Walmart on most scripts. The staff is always working as fast as they can. They are very friendly too. People need to have patience! Y'all are doing a great job here. Keep it up.

Terrible service! They want 4 or more days to fill prescriptions then if you don't run right down to pick-up the prescription when it is finally filled, the customer receives a nasty phone call telling you if you don't pick it up immediately they will put it back on the shelf. We've had more negative experiences over a year and a half.

Absolute stupidity! They can't hire enough staff so elderly people have to wait days on newly prescribed medications. They won't answer their phones also because of low staff so that you have to waste gas driving in and then waste your time standing in line just to be told they still don't have it ready. Is it really Covid killing elderly people or the inability to get medications?? After 30 years time to switch pharmacies. Albertsons has gone downhill in customer service.

Understaffed and long lines at times with only one checker. Meds filled at a refill center and shipped to store sometimes late, so you go without. Hardly ever answer the phone. Message says mailbox full, call back! Nobody there available to give my wife her flu shot. I would suggest that you find a different pharmacy to go to.

The amount of times I have missed important medication because the pharmacy tech and pharmacists at this pharmacy cannot do their job is insane.I requested my medication 2 days ago. It should have been ready. Now I, once again have to rearrange my plans in order to get my medication because I am once again COMPLETELY out. Figure out how to do your job, if I can do my job in surgery on time every day, you can do yours & get my meds ready on time. Simple.

Love my pharmacy and the staff. Like txt notifications of meds I'm able to pickup when their ready.Once in awhile I hit the busy time, and there's a dozen ppl waiting. Don't like those time cause no one talks to one another like back when I was younger. Guess Covid got their tongues.

Incorrect hours online. And they have their phones shut off in the middle of the work day. So I drove 20 minutes out of my way yesterday assuming they would be open, and now at 10, when they supposedly open at 8, I'm trying to check on my prescription before I waste more time driving in. You can't leave a message, it just says to keep calling back.

My Review Is edited.Under this is my original opinion. I've left both.(5/13/21)I have had a few really nice Sav on pharmacy workers who have been friendly over the past 5 months since I swapped over here...BUT I have had MORE RUDE PEOPLE working here than I would have ever expected.SOMEONE NEEDS TO EXPLAIN THE IMPORTANCE of being respectful!!!!I always make a point to be courteous, respectful & patient.I also expect the same to me.I am on pain meds (from a bad accident that has left me disabled permanently)UNFORTUNATELYI have to call my pain meds in EVERY MONTH to remind the pharmacy to "Put the order in." Because its a pain med, they can't automatically refill them.I HATE to call & bother the pharmacy but what else is my options?A man answered my call.I later found out that it was the actual PHARMACIST who took my call.He was so dang rude to me when I called. He actually made me cry.Why be like that?UNACCEPTABLE!I gave him my name/info. The minute i said that I needed my pain meds put through he became brash. I told him my DOB & then he went silent on the phone.I thought I had lost the call.So I did what any NORMAL person would do.I said "Hello?"No response..I waited about 10 secs and tried to listen to hear if he was on the line.I heard nothing. So I said again"Hello, Did I lose you??"NOTHING!I repeated this 4 times b4 he finally replied in a loud n rude yell;"IM HERE!"I said"WOW,,That's unnecessary.I apologize,Clearly I had assumed that we became disconnected!."He immediately tried to back pedal his attitude...But it already spilled out of his grumpy mouth. He was irritated the second that I had said that I was calling to ask them to put my pain med scripts through.I feel like HE discriminated against ME due to my need for pain medications.I truly believe that.Ya know, not everyone who takes pain meds is taking it for the wrong reason.Perhaps I should wear a shirt with all of my chronic pains mapped out?Perhaps I should show him what I looked like following my near fatal accident?Would he be more respectful if he knew that I've had 16 operations since?Even though this pharmacist was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful, I still said please and thank u.I know that it was the Pharmacist cuz I went down there an hour later NOT to pick up my meds, but to see which person (Man) it was. There was only 1 man working. The Man in the white lab coat.(My meds weren't ready for another 2 hrs.)I wish that I had ANY pharmacy but this one!!If I ever feel that I am being discriminated due to my disability, I will hire a lawyer.A.D.A.(Americans with disabilities act!)DA.This is your job Sav on.Why can't u just be nice? With that said.. there are a few workers there in the pharmacy that seem to be friendly to me. I appreciate that.Truth is..You are at work. You chose to work with the public. There is no reason to be snippy. Being kind is free!!Maybe their boss needs to clean house?AT 1ST:I wasn't too thrilled when my insurance changed over to a new one. Walgreens no longer accepted my type of insurance so I thought Id give Albertsons pharmacy a go.Almost everyone is friendly here. Which is a far cry from Walgreens across the street.?I do appreciate the friendliness!! Its not very common anymore. My only major gripe is that y'all reeeallly need a drive through.?

Every month now since January I get a call from the automated service telling me meds are ready. Get there and there is one ready. Ask where are the others oh they are not ready yet. This last Sunday I called in my med. Tuesaday I ran out. Thursday went to go pick up said was ready, get there different med was ready. Mind you 2 days now with no med. Sorry it's not ready. I said I'm not leaving here without my med! Get it done! I'm diabetic and 2 days with no meds! So and so put an emergency fill in for this! I'm done with place. Going somewhere else.
