I used to love going here now the prices are way to high for used clothes some have stains on them and they’re charging a lot ,I’m better off going to Ross or Burlington or something like that and getting it new for same price at savers

Over the past ten years I would make Savers a routine stop on my lunch break most days. I would usually find a deal most days. As of the past year or so, I think they have gone off the rails with the prices and they think the stuff they have is far more valuable than it is. The problem is that they put a crazy price on something and if it sits there long enough someone will buy it. I only stop by one or two times a week now and really haven't bought anything in a couple months. I've seen things I wanted, but don't feel like wasting money there when another store will probably have it soon for a third of the price.

No fitting rooms, so brought home my clothes to try it on, only for it not to fit. Brought back the pants (2 pairs) the next day, and they had no returns, only exchanges. I was informed I could only exchange something of equal or greater value, and I really didn’t want anything in the store but just grabbed a shirt that was fine. But they would only allow me to exchange one pair of pants, and I had to pay the extra for the shirt because the one pair of pants didn’t cover the cost of the shirt. I asked if I could just keep the one shirt and give them the two pairs of pants I didn’t want and I was told “no,” that I would have to find something else to exchange with the other pair of pants. So I grabbed another shirt that was okay, and I still had to pay extra to cover the cost. So, I lost money on the exchange, buying stuff I really didn’t want, just to get rid of two pairs of pants I didn’t want because they didn’t fit, because they didn’t have fitting rooms.Feels like a scam, stupid policies.

You cant try anything on, also they only do exchanges, so if you get home and don't like your product you are out of your money. There really is no cause for their existence, they are a FOR PROFIT STORE. IF YOU DONATE DIRECTLY TO SAVERS IT TAKES OUT THE ORGANIZATION THAT IS NON PROFIT. THINGS THEY BUY FROM THE ARK is the only no profit benefit.

Really disappointed with the prices and some of the items they have for home wares. They will literally try and sell broken items and chipped items for high prices!I can't believe how expensive savers is.... What is even the point of a THRIFT STORE, were you are paying expensive prices for second hand items. savers gets this stuff for free!! So ridiculous. You are a THRIFT STORE!! Act like it.

The store is filthy with everything from the floors to the hangers. I noticed the prices are higher than any of the other thrift stores with many prices comparable to new at places like Ross.

Decent selection, not nearly as big as large as the Boise Savers location especially the shoes. We were able to find a last minute T shirt for my girlfriend while we were here. Parking lot is in terrible shape, avoid the larger than death speed bumps located just outside the parking lot, they definitely could repave the lot.

No dressing rooms!!! If you live out of the area, good luck unless you want to try it on in your own car and go in and exchange it. I don't understand how a "thrift store" doesnt have at least 1-2 dressing rooms. They tore out the 4 they had and replaced it with rows of chairs and other items to sell.

It appears as though the fitting rooms are gone for good. Wouldnt be a huge deal if things could be returned. Terrible return policy if you want to even call it that. And with prices here going up I might as well go to target, walmart, kohl's and I will get same or better deals AND i can try things on to see if they fit. Also it is now mostly self checkout and you must pay for bags. Not impressed.

The prices are ridiculously high, you can’t try clothes on and you can’t return and get your money back, you can only exchange. They just want your money and don’t care about those in need of affordable goods. I worked at savers pricing clothes, they pressured me into pricing clothes at the highest price as long as it had no visible holes or stains, even if it was a $3 cami from walmart, the price would come out to about $8. Also when i worked there the management said they will never bring back the changing rooms

The prices have totally driven me away. I won't even donate here anymore. Also, I could understand the self-checkout if there weren't enough employees, but there are always employees just hanging around doing nothing. It's particularly bad on Tuesdays. Help the poor seniors check out, willya?

so apparently the employee who told me there are no dressing rooms to take things home and keep the tags on them and I can return them for a refund was wrong. So no dressing rooms. if you have a few items you wnat to try on, take them home and then get a credit only. The policy is you can exchange ONLY for 14 days from purchase and you have to spend it ALL on the day you do the exchange or forfeit it.bad policies. spend money on stuff you cant try, then you cant return it you have to exchange it all in one day.hello, bring dressing rooms back. you have the space. You have the employees, and its cleaner to try things on at the store. Their customer service said it was cleaner for me to take all the items home, try them on, and bring them all back. Clearly, they need to rethink things. Look at all the google reviews. not good. same reasons. they dont listen to their customers.

Only changing area for babies is in the mens room. Removed the baby changing table in the womens restroom making it extremely difficult for moms to change their babies without leaving the store
