Stopped to get fuel on Wednesday 15th of January 2025, I parked at pump 10 at around 10:58am and I didn’t think anything of it while getting out of my truck I slipped and fell and hit my head and severely bruised and tweaked my elbow on ice due to someone draining the windshield washing station. Once I was able to get up I went inside and told the lady at the register what had happened and she said that sucks Would you like a free coffee, no incident report and no sense of responsibility and no sense of urgency for putting ice melt on that spot. My Wife called an asked to speak to the manager and was informed Dianna was not in and they would give her information to reach out to us. we never got a call back and it’s now the 18th, and nobody has reached out to see if I am even ok. The management and ownership is HORRIBLE to not follow through with an incident regarding serious injuries.

EPW... Best truck wash ever. 5 Starz Will come here from now on and ONLY here. BTW, don't bother stopping at the others. This is on a whole other level. They use pure reverse osmosis water. R.O. zero water spots. Fantastic.

Not sure of her name...but one of the female employees with black hair at the cashier is beyond rude. Almost insulting customers. I told her what I wanted behind the counter and she literally blurted out "No!" Infront of another employee and customers. Then she argued with me over what color the chew can was. She thinks it's funny being obnoxious well here's your review and I plan on contacting corporate

Used to be good place. Now the have a older lady working that hates her job and likes to take it out on customers. Guess I'll take my business to the flying j or the sage.
