If I could give this place a 0 stars I would these employees need to work on their customer service and take their jobs more serious and pay attention to what they are doing and not blame the customer when it’s their job to make your food as you asked. They refused service just because I asked them to check and make sure there were no lettuce in my tacos. Taco Bell you need to hire better employees at this location.

You make customers pay extra for certain sauces and it would be nice if the sauces came with order!! This is twice now I've paid for sauces and never received them!! Your employees need to pay attention!! And by the way, this store doesn't answer the phone either!! Great customer service (sarcastic on purpose)

Honestly the was the first Taco Bell I ever had that wasn't good. The lady who took our order was absolutely not happy to do so and the food looked like it was literally angrily thrown into the bag so...not a fan.

A male employee stated that the drivethru menu turns off at a certain time. It would be nice if this page had updated when that occurs. So that way I don't have to look up the menu.

They messed up our order, i tried calling over 15 times and they just keep answering and hanging up. Sad to pay such expensive food now a day and not get what u ordered

Please fix your coffee machine... It has been "down" for over 6 months. I'd like to order coffee with my breakfast.Also I was told by an employee last week that breakfast menu items with eggs are not available until at least 25 minutes after you guys open... That's very inconvenient for me though. It's my understanding that breakfast should be available at 7am when you guys are open.

Service has gone down in the past few years. I haven't been able to leave without at least one thing being wrong, but it's usually some obscure thing that I wouldn't notice until I got home. Recently, I haven't seen any unfriendly staff, but they seem to be either under-staffed or they are just slower than molasses. 2 stars for order inaccuracy and order speed (or lack thereof).
