Worste experience and company in my life. In 75 days they could not install or run the fiber to my house. They never follow up with calls. Canceled knowing it still might be another 2 weeks or longer to get internet.

No soliciting means no soliciting! It means done knock on my door and try to sell me anything! If things how this company treats homeowners that ARE NOT their customerâŚimagine how poorly they must treat their actual customers.
Will never do business with the company.

Slow internet, terrible install experience and weak customer service, went back to spark light after a few months.
When I cancelled they added a $10 charge to my account after we settled up and closed the account, and sent it straight to collections as a final goodbye.
Document everything when you interact with them, and watch your back.

I been waiting and waiting and waiting. They came out and did work on our street and said they would have fiber in my neighborhood by the end of 2023. Then beginning 2024 then end of 2024 and now they said we don't know if we will ever have it going. My neighbors irrigation line was broken and the crew sneakily left for her to discover a sink hole in her back yard. Trash company.

I was scheduled for an install date and when the technician got here, the address was in the system wrong. They even dug a box in someone else's grass that I don't know so they had to fix my account. They came out again and when the technician got here, they said there was no box put in our grass that they would have to come out again. so now I will be out three days of work costing me $150 a day and because they did not get my Internet installed before my other Internet canceled. I now have to pay an extra month of the Internet from my old company so that I don't go 10 days without Internet and I work from home so because I chose to go with TDS I am out $150 times three and $87 for the next month Internet that I have to pay for my old company and all they can do is $120 back. So to get TDS it is going to cost me $537 and they want to give me $120 back. I guess I'm out $417 for their incompetence.

We have had a wonderful experience with TDS Fiber. We signed up when they had a great deal under $40/mo. We have previously had Sparklight and CenturyLink previously. In the almost year we have been with this company, we have not had a SINGLE outage, even during winter storms. I work from home and am constantly on video conferences. My internet is always fast. We have had one occasion where our internet was blinking red and when I called to get it fixed, they answered in 5 mins and fixed the problem right there.

This company is the worst. They have come into our neighborhood being allowed to wire at everyone's property whether they want TDS Fiber or not. They are ruining properties by digging under driveways that lift after. Destroy grass, sprinkler systems, plants and refuse to fix. Hit water mains and make the city come out and fix it. They should not be allowed on properties unless invited by the owner. So much damage and they do nothing!

If you set up service with them, be sure to pay with a credit card, and then cancel that card if you ever discontinue service. I was charged a month after cancelling service, no refunds issued. This was over 3 months ago.
I received a voicemail from TDS saying I was refunded on 1/17. False. There was no refund. This type of garbage is far to common for companies like this. Don't be like me and trust them with your credit card information or autopay.

Stay far far away from this company. I had them for about 5 months and gave them every opportunity to fix the issues they caused. (Installed too much equipment, damaged my lawn, charged more than they promised, and terrible terrible customer service.) Iâve probably had about 20 phone calls to fix the issues but finally gave up. Iâm switching back to my old provider who I never had any issues with. Seriously felt like I needed to warn the public about this company! Do not fall for the prices or the price for life! They will charge you more.

So it wasn't good enough to bother us for months installing their stuff in our back yard when they went through my neighborhood. Now they are coming to my house and waking me and my kids up in the morning any time one of my neighbors wants to connect to their internet because they installed the box in my backyard? Why is it in my yard?! To sit and ring my doorbell multiple times in the morning leave come back 10 minutes later and start ringing it again!!!! That is extremely rude. Instead of waking me up! I'm 9 months pregnant and i have a hard enough time sleeping. now all of the kids up too. You could have rang once then came back later in the day. Left a note with a number something. This is extremely unprofessional to keep ringing over and over.

This Company is a scam! Theyâll walk your neighborhood before theyâve set up their service and ask you if youâd like to do a preinstall agreement for $25 for a discount on services when they eventually have the service available to you. We did that three years ago! They still do not have it available in our neighborhood. BUT they bill us $45 to $195 monthly for services (minus the discount they promised on the preinstall agreement) even though weâve NEVER used their service NOR do we have it hooked up to our house. When I call, they wonât allow me to talk to them because they put the account in my husbandâs name. They say theyâll take the payment from me, but they wonât discuss the account because itâs in my husbandâs name even though we both signed the preinstall agreement. My husband works long hours and cannot take the time out of his day to make frivolous phone calls to bogus companies that are billing us for services that we donât have. They thrive over the fear of having your account turned into collections for nonpayment and make it virtually impossible to cancel the bogus account. Not only do they try to scam households out of their money but they wonât work with women in the household. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I wish they wouldâve never come to Idaho.
