I had the misfortune of spilling my whole latte all over my MacBook recently, and Apple support told me to just keep using it until I had problems. I called around a couple of other places, but they had long queues/didn't have confidence in taking apart my computer. I was lucky enough to call this place and they were able to take my laptop and scrub it down within a day. Super grateful - my laptop is working perfectly fine and they were so nice and timely. Will be coming back if I have any other issues!

They repaired a screen for me a couple weeks ago. I have called numerous times and spoken to multiple people and they will not get back to me or answer my question. They did not reattach my screen correctly so it's super wobbly and unstable and feels like it is going to fall off at any given moment. I live super far away so I was trying to call to see if they can fix it so I don't have to drive all the way there before I have an answer of if they will fix the issue or not. Kind of disappointing to spend so much money only to not have my screen fixed correctly and then not have anyone get back to me on fixing it.

My desktop computer was starting to die. They did a great job troubleshooting the problems and repairing them! They installed a larger faster hard drive, but best of all, everything turned on and ran just like before. I didn't have to start over reinstalling anything. Highly recommend them!!

Dell XPS 13 9315 died still in Warranty $50 to have Tech Smart write up return ticket with Service Tag, Error Code, Validation Code. Will use service again.

I met these boys a couple of years ago and am very impressed with their knowledge when something is wrong with my computer. The most important thing is the always greet you with a smile and it never leaves their faces. Professional, friendly and competent makes me feel good and these boys get a 10 plus!!!

Found them through a Google search because I was having issues getting logged into my laptop after letting my boyfriends daughter use it. They were able to diagnosis it and fixed the issue. Also, helped me set everything back up and make sure I was able to log in before I left the store. Reasonably priced. Great experience! Will recommend for computer issues to anyone.

When you need a new PC or need a repair or need an upgrade to a pre built machine...this is the place to go. Fair pricing, great customer service, and quick turn around time.When I needed my pre-built gaming PC diagnosed, they found the problem and fixed it right away. Don't be fooled by negative reviews here ... components for PCs are expensive. Do your own research folks. Unless you can purchase the right products for your PC and install them "correctly" it ALWAYS pays (literally) to go with the pros.
