Jeffrey Reimer is the best. I'm sad he's retired and only filling in here and there because I would love for him to be my child's doctor. So nice, professional, and my children really felt comfortable with him. That was not the case with their last doctor. Place is clean. Staff is very nice.

Sliding scale? I didn't experience that. They wanted $325 for the initial visit for a therapist, which is VERY expensive. This was for my girlfriend that has no job and no insurance. We were hoping she could find a therapist that would not charge her full price. It turns out, that since my girlfriend lives with me and I am supporting her, they would go by my income. Since I have a good paying job, she would not "qualify" for a sliding scale and would be stuck with the $325 bill. I am willing to help pay for my girlfriends therapy, but not double the price of every other therapist in town. I think their advertising is very misleading.

If I could rate this place with a 0, I would. The people here are completely useless. You might as well be dealing with a brick wall. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If I could give one piece of advice to the staff here, go take some communication classes. The drop out nurses work here.

This is for the Dental Dept. Had 2 teeth pulled and it was the easiest procedure I've EVER had regarding extraction. Let me say up front I hate going to the dentist. The anxiety I experience goin to the dentist? Well if I had a choice I'd rather get kicked in the junk. Not with these guys tho. I was lucky enough to get a dentist (Sean Rillahan) that was able to do the procedure in a quick and painless manner, and those 2 teeth were in bad shape. Thanks Sean!!!

They take good care of me as well as any lower cost clinic if not better. Very thankful for them. I always get my appointments when I need them.

They never answer their phone. Get told I’m 3rd or so in the queue and by the time it gets to my turn I get hung up on. So frustrating. This has happened multiple times.

I called to make an appointment it happened to be a wait time to do so and I left my number to get a call back. I received the call back and whoever I talked to was very rude and was rushing through me setting an appointment. I have been there a few times before and she said that I wasn't coming up as a patient and that would have an appointment months from today. I had said okay never mind it's okay before I could finish what I was saying she bluntly hung up the phone without saying goodbye thank you. I don't usually leave reviews but wow was the phone service terrible.

Service is absolutely awful. You call and are told you’re 4-5 in line, you wait forever until you’re 1st and then are told there’s no one to take your call, leave a message. You leave a message and no one calls you back. I’ve been hung up on 4 times today. That’s what I get for being lower income though ?

I am very thankful for Terry Reilly clinics and their pharmacy. I'd give 5 stars but wish they had an ophthalmologist (medical eye doctor). Many of my friends and family would also like to have access to this important service at Terry Reilly. We'll keep hoping that they add this service. They might need more than one. Maybe one in Boise and one in Nampa. Please. ???

My pharmacy called 3 days ago to request a refill on my prescriptions. I am a truckdriver so me being home to pick them up is limited. I called yesterday morning and the woman said she was sending a priority message ....still no meds. I check this morning and nothing so I called again and supposedly another priority message was sent. I checked this afternoon and nothing so I called again...I am only in town for 1 day which is why I started 3 days ago. I was told "your pharmacy never contacted us" I responded with I knew that they had and I also contacted 2 days ago.I explained that 2 priority messages were sent and was told that my Dr has alot of patients and no telling how many priority messages from them. I was informed that I could not speak to my Doctor's nurse and nothing could be done. I am a diabetic I need my meds!!! Thank you so much for caring about your patients!!!!

Only reason I am even giving a 3 star review is because of the care I receive from my providers, Keri Johnson & Alicia Garber- I have been a patient for 5 years now… However, patients BE AWARE!! Their billing specialists SUCK & do not charge your insurance correctly. In fact, just today I received another incorrect statement saying I owe $10 for Nitro back in APRIL! However, I have insurance, one of them being Medicaid; and also, I paid that exact amount at the time of my dentist appointment as I was told it isn’t covered under Medicaid… weird how they constantly double bill me repeatedly!Please get your billing staff educated & quit charging people incorrect amounts!!!! I thoroughly enjoy my providers and the only reason I haven’t switched is because of my doctor & counselor.

I'm very pleased with Terry Reilly. Dr. Partridge is not only my doctor, but the board of medicine director. Been, getting me through my diabetes for some time now. I'm very glad he is my doctor. Thank you and your staff, Dr. Partridge.

I went in last week because a broken tooth is causing me pain and I need it extracted. The front desk is where they keep screwing up. They initially set me a "limited exam" where I got the problem area x-ray and looked at. That cost $230 without insurance. Then I was told by the dentist to have a extraction set for the next week. I went in for my extraction yesterday and the nurse did a full x-ray of my whole mouth, the dentist came in and that's when I found out from him that they set up the wrong appointment and instead of an extraction, I was just getting examined again. They charged me another $230. And I still have to schedule an extraction. I feel like I was scammed into paying for 2 exams.

It is great that they make health care available to people who can't really afford it or need to make payments. They offer a sliding scale.
