The place has awesome staff and a fantastic manager who greets customers with a smile. Customers are treated with great spirits and positive, patient help. The store is clean and organized, with a large, roomy humidor that is one of the best around for cigars. Knowledgeable staff know about kratom, cigars and cold beer that is always stocked. Prices are the best around and the humidor and beer aisle are always stocked. The connection treats folks with awesome help and a great atmosphere.

This connection ROX!! NEW management they are awesome!! Manager and her assistant manager are fantastic. The way this place treats folks, well am pretty sure is next to none. Always in great spirits positive,always patient no matter what. These katz go out of there way to help customers. Love it.

I'd give it a 5 🌟 but let's be realistic.... it's a smoke shop. Every time I buy smokes or beer I'm thinking about quiting... staff has Always been awesome over last 5 yrs I've went here
