I like the store even though they are more expensive than others. I don’t like the way the employees treat you when you return something. I returned an item that was still in the packaging with a receipts.Last week I returned an item an hour after
purchasing it. The item was perfectly but they were more than unfriendly.

They have most everything you would need and have things others don’t. It is so much more convenient and quicker to visit your locally-owned True Value and keep your money in town then to go to a big box store and send your money to shareholders’ Swiss bank accounts. Parking is easy and everything is easy to find. If you want bulk screws or nails, this is the place to go.

This true value store is the best hardware and pretty much everything else you need for any project for products. Every single staff member is more than extremely helpful. In the past I have made the mistake by going to other stores, like d&b supply etc, and three times in a row, for 3 separate items, they did not have it. Every single time I went to true value after, not only did they have it, but it was less expensive than the other places. They even fixed an antique lamp for me and refused to charge me! True value is the only place that I will ever go.

Had to buy security star bits for a project not a lot of options and expensive but they had them in a set,no individual options. Store was clean stocked
